One bedroom apartment near beach Sveti Petar, Biograd | A-849-b

Accommodation was ok, unfortunately very poorly equipped .... no oven, no dishwasher, no toaster, no microwave. Entire apartment furnishings very old and smells unpleasant, had left the laundry in the suitcase. Property was clean and well maintained but unfortunately the apartment was dirty. Beach chairs with cushions, a super grill with enough seating were available. Accommodation is very quiet. Unfortunately still missing lighting on the property.

Unterkunft war ok, leider sehr schlecht ausgestattet.... kein Backofen, keine Spülmaschine, kein Toaster, keine Mikrowelle. Gesamte Wohnungseinrichtung sehr alt und riecht unangenehm, hatten die Wäsche im Koffer gelassen. Grundstück war sauber und gepflegt aber die Wohnung war leider dreckig. Strandliegen mit Auflagen, ein Super Grill mit ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten waren vorhanden. Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Leider noch fehlende Beleuchtung auf dem Grundstück.

We used the apartment in the second half of August 2020. We spent our holidays in Croatia with family (2 + 1) for the seventh time. However, I believe that both the accommodation itself and its surroundings, as well as the kindness of Veronica's charming hostess, were definitely the best choice. The apartment itself is decorated very classically. The furniture from the 70s has nothing to do with modernity, but the equipment with dishes, kitchen tools, and useful trinkets - amazing. In the drawers we found a number of board games, cards, electric mosquito repellers, electric tees, bed sheets, towels (in quantities that probably ensure a year-long stay), etc. The interior is practically equipped like the apartment the hosts just left. The apartment has a wonderful and spacious garden with numerous amenities, such as a brick grill, a banquet table with an umbrella, a coffee table in a shaded place, sun loungers with helpers, beach shower, etc. From the sea side there is a wonderful sun terrace with a beautiful view of the entire coast and remote islands, equipped with beach beds. In addition, a separate exit to the quay for individual use. The only slightly negative assessment concerns the access to the property with a closed parking lot. Very steep downhill, which is quite a challenge for drivers. A very quiet place, but located in a good place, providing a great starting point for visiting the surroundings of Zadar, Sibenik, Krka, Kornati, etc. For the lazy, there is a grocery store in a short distance from the accommodation, and a restaurant, which may not be outstanding, but offers quite a wide reasonably priced menu. Another apartment in the same building deserves attention. It is located in such a way that it ensures complete independence and privacy for the users of both apartments throughout their stay. I will definitely come back there again. I recommend Robert with the Family with a clear conscience

Korzystaliśmy z apartamentu w II połowie sierpnia 2020. Wakacje w Chorwacji spędzaliśmy rodzinnie (2+1) już po raz siódmy. Uważam jednak że zarówno sama kwatera, jak i jej otoczenie i uprzejmość przeuroczej gospodyni Veroniki zdecydowanie były najlepszym wyborem. Sam apartament urządzony bardzo klasycznie. Umeblowanie z lat 70 tych nie ma nic wspólnego z nowoczesnością, jednak wyposażenie zarówno w naczynia, narzędzia kuchenne, przydatne drobiazgi - wręcz rewelacyjne. W szufladach znaleźliśmy szereg gier planszowych, karty, elektryczne odstraszacze komarów, trójniki elektryczne, pościele, ręczniki (w ilościach zapewniających chyba całoroczny pobyt) itp. Wnętrza praktycznie wyposażone jak mieszkanie z którego przed chwilą wyszli gospodarze. Do apartamentu przynależy wspaniały i przestronny ogródek w którym poza roślinnością charakterystyczną dla Chorwacji znalazły się liczne udogodnienia jak grill murowany, stół biesiadny z parasolem, stolik kawowy w zacienionym miejscu, leżaki wraz z pomocnikami, prysznic "plażowy" itp. Od strony morza wspaniały nasłoneczniony taras z pięknym widokiem na całe wybrzeże i oddalone wyspy, wyposażony w łóżka plażowe. Do tego oddzielne wyjście na nabrzeże do indywidualnego korzystania. Jedyna trochę negatywna ocena dotyczy dojazdu do posesji na której znajduje się zamykany parking. Bardzo stromy zjazd, który jest sporym wyzwaniem dla kierowców. Miejscowość bardzo spokojna, jednak położona w dobrym miejscu zapewniającym świetne miejsce wypadkowe na zwiedzanie okolic Zadaru, Sibenika, Krka, Kornati itp. Dla leniwych w niewielkiej odległości od kwatery znajduje się sklepik spożywczy, oraz restauracja, która może nie należy do wybitnych jednak oferuje dosyć szerokie menu w rozsądnej cenie. Na uwagę zasługuje drugi apartament w tym samym budynku. Zlokalizowany jest w taki sposób że zapewnia całkowitą niezależność i prywatność użytkownikom obu apartamentów przez cały czas pobytu. Na pewno jeszcze tam wrócę. Polecam z czystym sumieniem Robert z Rodziną

A great, peaceful place. Well-kept building, very intimate surroundings. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Great view from the terrace directly over the sea. The owner is very cordial. We were in Croatia for the first time. And we will definitely go back there. Despite the heat outside, the rooms were pleasant temperature. The beach without crowds was very well-kept with comfortable descent to the sea

Wspaniałe, spokojne miejsce. Zadbany budynek , bardzo kameralne otoczenie. Okolica cicha i spokojna. Wspaniały widok z tarasu wprost nad morze. Właścicielka bardzo serdeczna. Pierwszy raz byliśmy w Chorwacji. I napewno tam wrócimy. Mimo upałów na zewnątrz, w pokojach panowała przyjemna temperatura.Plaża bez tłumów bardzo zadbana z wygodnymi zejściami do morza

Pleasant environment, privacy right by the sea. Very nice housewife p. V. Bezič. We rented the entire building. Staying seniors with children, grandchildren and small dog was great. We were very satisfied:)

Príjemné prostredie, súkromie priamo pri mori. Veľmi príjemná pani domáca p. V. Bezič. Mali sme prenajatý celý objekt. Pobyt seniorov s deťmi, vnúčatami a malým psom bol super. Boli sme veľmi spokojní.:)
