House near a small beach in Sumartin - a quiet village on the island of Brac. We stayed in two families with children and we were comfortable. Great terrace, barbecue. Everywhere nearby. A place to rest. The house is in need of a refresh. The owner very helpful and nice.
The accommodation looks better in the photos than in reality, the landlady is cool, dear lady. The beach is smaller but sufficient, nice. Basically, everything corresponds to the price/performance ratio. Final evaluation - satisfaction.
The apartment was like in the expectations, the owner is very kind and caring. The beaches are typical of Croatia with rocks, stones or gravel. The sea was very clean. On foot you can reach only very close to the apartment beach, small and often quite full in the period when I was there. The country is small Sunmartin ideal for families but would not recommend to those who are looking for nightlife.
Accommodation is very nice, clean, great apartment amenities. Domestic excellent, caring but unobtrusive. Beach is only allowed us seemed small but was fine even when full. Water beautifully clear and warm, the bed was also seen in the deep water. Children will be able to win at the shore with pebbles, swimmers can swim away from the shore. Environment - quiet peaceful village. Strove little mosquitoes.
