One bedroom apartment with terrace and sea view Rastići, Čiovo | A-4293-a

The apartment is fine. Great place. However, there was no proper contact with the owner regarding a prosaic problem - a damaged electric kettle. Water for coffee or tea had to be boiled in a pot.

Kwatera w porządku. Miejsce świetne. Brakowało jednak właściwego kontaktu z właścicielem w kwestii prozaicznego problemu - uszkodzony czajnik elektryczny. Wodę na kawę czy herbatę trzeba było gotować w garnku.

Ants in the kitchen, otherwise everything great.

A very good place to rest. Beautiful balcony overlooking the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped.:) The rocky beach suits us very well.

Bardzo dobrem miejsce na odpoczynek. Piękny balkon z widokiem na morze. Kuchnia w pełni wyposażona.:) Plaża kamienista taka nam bardzo odpowiada.

The accommodation is good with a nice view, but the apartment has only 1 parking space! The owner speaks English only, although several languages are listed in the accommodation description.

A szállás jó, szép kilátással, de a 2db apartmanhoz csak 1db parkoló tartozik! A tulajdonos csak angolul beszél, hiába van a szállás leírásban töb nyelv feltüntetve.

The apartment is like everything ok but the beds are very weak and a double sofa bed, not very clean, parking problem. Landlords have to take care of placing a trash can, I do not pay rent to use the trash. The view from the terrace is a beautiful place, a lot of bushes, neat backyards by the apartments, unfortunately far from this apartment. No contact with the host.

Apartament niby wszystko ok ale łóżka bardzo słabe i to małżeńskie i rozkładana sofa , niezbyt czysto, problem z parkingiem. Wynajmujący muszą dbać o wystawienie kosza na śmieci nie po to płacę za wynajem by użerać się ze śmieciami. Widok z tarasu piękny miejscowość fajna dużo krzewów zadbane podwórka przy apartamentach, niestety z tego apartamentu wszędzie daleko. Z gospodarzem żadnego kontaktu.

The apartment was poorly cleaned (unpacked, unsuitable sanitary facilities, dog hair, dirty fridge and food dishes, ...). On the day of arrival (before 14h) and not finding the owner to accommodate us, we contacted the agency. We were told that the apartment is unlocked and we can accommodate. But the keys were not available. After several emergencies, we got the keys in the evening. We were also promised that someone would come to the apartment to clean up or at least bring cleaners, but it did not. The next day we solved the parking problem. The apartment was promised a parking space, but other guests parked. Parking was provided for the neighbors until the third day of accommodation.

Apartmán byl špatně uklizený (nevytřeno, neumyté sociální zařízení, chomáče chlupů od psa, špinavá lednice a nádobí od potravin, ... ). V den příjezdu (před 14h) a nenalezení majitele, který by nás ubytoval, jsme kontaktovali agenturu. Bylo nám sděleno, že apartmán je odemčený a můžeme se ubytovat. Klíče ale nebyly k dispozici. Po několika urgencích jsme klíče získali až večer. Také nám bylo slíbeno, že někdo přijde apartmán uklidit nebo aspoň přinese čistící prostředky, ale nestalo se tak. Další den jsme řešili problém s parkováním. K apartmánu bylo slíbené parkovací místo, na kterém však parkovali jiní hosté. Parkování bylo zajištěno u sousedů až třetí den ubytování.
