It smells like a dirty sewer full of sand flies and without the air conditioner do I have to say more?

Disaster content, no cutlery, no toilet paper, no dishwashing sponge, two chairs, one of which is not working .. for the money paid for accommodation disasters worthy of human needs this is not.

We were actually given a different apartment next to the one we reserved. At first, we did not think this was any big deal, but as it turns out there was much more traffic along the apartment we were given and that made it more problematic with our doggies. We even once received an SMS when our doggies started barking due to the loudness of passers-by, which would have been avoided had we been given the proper apartment. The apartment was a basic apartment, which suited us fine, though the quality of the equipment was lower than what we had expected and the bed was below average. The most disconcerting experience during our stay was that the owner went into our apartment and took out some furniture towards the end of our stay without letting us know beforehand. This caused a bit of a shock that furniture was missing, though a simple SMS or email prior would have cleared it all up. You do not rent an apartment to someone and then remove furniture without letting them know. We were using the furniture and had to adjust and make do without it, which was very poor service from our host. The lady who met us upon arrival, Zdenka, was great! The location and proximity to the sea were also great.

Located in a charming bay, A-8754-a apartment is spacious and has a beautiful sea view. Unfortunately, the cleaning lady, who welcomed us instead of the owner, doing its job. The apartment is not cleaned properly: layer of dust on all the furniture, cobwebs in the rooms, very dirty oven and pans, fridge smelly, fingerprints on doors and closet ... We so had to ask him to come back. Many things were missing: no small umbrella or awning or shade sail on the terrace is in full sun and therefore unusable except summer evening from 19h / 20h. (The apartment will be rented cheaper than that just below that has an awning.) No hair dryer, no iron and no dishwasher (yet indicated as included in the price), not of coffee, no clothes line or clothespins, no drainer for dishes, no bedside lamp in a room, no trash and no carpet in the bathroom ... and also: towels very small, sheets not ironed, insufficient and dirty dishes, hood in the kitchen not connected and therefore unusable, painting not finished living and holes in the wall, designed, shutters that can be opened completely, table of very worn terrace. So we were very disappointed because the asking price, 702 € for 3 nights, is quite high. But more serious is that when we asked for the owner to inform him of our remarks, he refused from coming. That's when we told her we would call to the agency that it happened, very angry, shouting and gesticulating. He was threatening and made us afraid but we kept our composure and we preferred not to discuss it with him. He then returned the next morning with another table for the terrace and a cord for linen and apologized for his behavior. Finally, there is no supermarket or restaurant nearby, they are too far to walk there. In conclusion, we regret having rented this apartment at the wrong value and whose description does not match reality.

Situé dans une baie charmante, l'appartement A-8754-a est spacieux et possède une belle vue sur la mer. Malheureusement, la femme de ménage, qui nous a accueillis à la place du propriétaire, fait mal son travail. L'appartement n'est pas nettoyé correctement : couche de poussières sur tous les meubles, toiles d'araignée dans les chambres, four et casseroles très sales, réfrigérateur sentant mauvais, traces de doigts sur les portes et les placard... Nous avons donc été obligés de lui demander de revenir. Beaucoup de choses manquaient : pas de petit parasol, ou de store ou de voile d'ombrage sur la terrasse qui est en plein soleil et donc inutilisable l'été sauf le soir à partir de 19h/20 h. (L'appartement devrait être loué moins cher que celui situé juste en dessous qui possède un auvent.) Pas de sèche-cheveux, pas de fer à repasser et pas de lave-vaisselle (pourtant indiqués comme étant compris dans le prix), pas de cafetière, pas d'étendoir ni de pinces à linge, pas d'égouttoir pour la vaisselle, pas de lampe de chevet dans une chambre, pas de poubelle ni de tapis dans les salles de bain... et aussi : serviettes de toilette très petites, draps pas repassés, vaisselle insuffisante et sale, hotte de la cuisine pas branchée et donc inutilisable, peinture du salon pas finie et trous dans le mur, volets mal conçus qui ne peuvent être ouverts complètement, table de la terrasse très abîmée. Nous avons donc été très déçus car le prix demandé, 702 € les 3 nuits, est assez élevé. Mais le plus grave, c'est que lorsque nous avons demandé à voir le propriétaire pour lui faire part de nos remarques, il a refusé au départ de venir. C'est quand nous lui avons dit que nous allions téléphoner à l'agence qu'il est arrivé, très en colère, en hurlant et en gesticulant. Il s'est montré menaçant et nous a fait peur mais nous avons gardé notre calme et nous avons préféré de pas discuter avec lui. Il est alors revenu le lendemain matin avec une autre table pour la terrasse et une ficelle pour le linge et s'est excusé pour son comportement. Enfin, il n'y a pas de supermarché ou de restaurant à proximité, ils sont trop loin pour pouvoir y aller à pied. En conclusion, nous regrettons d'avoir loué cet appartement au mauvais rapport qualité-prix et dont la description ne correspond pas à la réalité.
