One bedroom apartment with balcony Jelsa, Hvar | A-4602-b

We didn't go because there was no other reasonably priced accommodation in the area. It was old, very dirty, it needed an urgent reform. Both the kitchen and the super old bathroom. With carpet in the bedroom. Cobwebs in many places. It smelled so-so. No mosquito net. The entire building was to reform. The stairs going up full of old junk. Everything was heard. In addition, it did not put the exact address or the contact telephone number of the lady. They charged us 50% in cash there and did not give us a receipt. Very disappointing!!

No nos fuimos porque no había más alojamiento a un precio razonable por la zona. Era viejo, muy sucio, necesitaba una reforma urgente. Tanto la cocina como el baño súper antiguos. Con moqueta en el dormitorio. Telarañas por muchos sitios. Olía regular. Sin mosquitera. Todo el edificio estaba para reformar. La escalera subiendo llena de trastos viejos. Se escuchaba todo. Además no ponía la dirección exacta ni el teléfono de contacto de la señora. Nos cobraron el 50% en efectivo allí y no nos dieron justificante. Muy decepcionante!!

Apartment in an excellent location a stone's throw from the town center and the beach. The owner is very nice and helpful. Spaces not huge but for what you live an apartment by the sea is fine. The only discordant note is a little too much smoke smell especially when you arrive from a day out and the apartment is closed. (maybe a perfumer could help). It would be ideal to strongly recommend that you do not smoke indoors.

Appartamento in ottima posizione a due passi dal centro del paese e dalla spiaggia. La proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile. Spazi non enormi ma per quel che si vive un appartamento al mare vanno bene. Unica nota stonata un pò troppo odore di fumo specialmente quando si arriva da una giornata fuori e l'appartamento è rimasto chiuso. (forse un profumatore potrebbe essere d'aiuto). Sarebbe ideale raccomandare vivamente di non fumare all'interno.
