The owner was upset that we couldn't find pads in the accommodation or that we informed her that the wifi was faulty... communication was not easy like in the other accommodations on our trip

Since you didn't make any complaints during your stay, your hosts didn't have the chance to offer you assistance which they would have gladly done. Your hosts would like to point out they provided you with the detailed instructions for reaching the accommodation and they deny that they were upset with you in any way. We are sorry that you did not contact us regarding any alleged issued you had, because we surely would have been able to help you.

It is a dream place: paradise
Some apartments have been renovated with new windows and air conditioning, ours was older with a blind bathroom and no air conditioning but still good. Excellent fireplace, sunbeds and umbrellas available. Very kind owners and wonderful location.
