Clean room, friendly owners, nice green terrace outside
Kudos to the hosts, they welcomed and hosted us nicely. We stayed in the room for one night, it's fine for sleeping, but the air conditioning in the building is very lacking.
Never book through the Adriatic.hr agency again - we have learned our lesson!
Lots of difficulties to reach the owner (does not speak English) and find the location of the accommodation (30mn to wait in the street, the owner hanging up on the phone, we finally had the chance to ask a passerby who was the nephew and who kindly helped us). The accommodation was clean and well equipped, however the furniture was dated. The accommodation is far from Lumbarda (20mn on foot on a road without sidewalk), in an area under construction (view on the road, car garage and a vacant lot). There was no hot water when we arrived.
