We didn't see or hear the host until the last day. The apartment is poorly equipped, very modest, minimal, not adapted for a family of five, two of whom are teenagers of different genders and one small child, who still sleeps with his parents, and who needs his own bed that does not fit because the space is really too small for 5 people , although the apartment is managed as such. The beds are joined and it is not realistic to expect that a boy and a girl aged 17 and 14 will sleep on the same bed. I suggest the owner to think about separate beds in one of the rooms, as well as to equip the apartment in a more modern way, but it shouldn't be expensive or impossible. To think about a little more modern and better decoration, which also contributes to making you feel better and more comfortable while you are inside the apartment itself. For the offered price, it is realistic to expect all of the above. People and guests who pay for very expensive services have learned to enjoy a little more comfort, luxury and better equipment. The advantage of the apartment is that it has a washing machine in it, a beautiful view of the sea and the proximity of the beach, and the environment is peaceful. It is true that, as guests, we knew from the pictures what was waiting for us, although in the pictures everything looks much more spacious, more airy, brighter, more comfortable, but I must admit that it was quite an unpleasant surprise, because we hoped that at least in one of the rooms the beds can be separated, so I suggest the owner to do so if he rents out the apartment for guests with more children. These are constructive criticisms of the owner, who in the end proved to be quite correct in his approach, although he did not reduce the price despite the dissatisfaction of the clients, which would be a step forward in civilization or if he had at least apologized for the price being too high, but blamed the agency with which he has a contract. The agency listened to our remarks, but of course did not react and considers them unfounded. Therefore, the price of the apartment is too high for what it offers. If the owner and the agency had correctly and honestly written the price and offered a lower one, then for that value they would have received what they really get, and this is how you get the wrong impression and lead guests to something that does not correspond to the offered price. Namely, by looking at other accommodation units that are at the same price, you can see very different jumps in the quality of the accommodation offer. The prices are like that, but they often do not match the offer....

Domaćina nismo ni vidjeli ni čuli, nego zadnji dan. Apartman je loše opremljen , vrlo skromno, minimalno, nije prilagođen za peteročlanu obitelj od kojih su dvoje tineđera različitog spola i jednim malenim djetetom, koje još uvijek spava s rodietljima, a koje treba vlastiti krevet koji ne stane jer je prostor zaista premal za 5 osoba, iako se apartman vodi kao takav. Kreveti su spojeni i nije realno za očekivati da će dječak i djevojčica od 17 i 14 godina spavati na jednom zajedničkom krevetu. Predlažem vlasniku da razmisli o razdvojenim krevetima u jednoj od soba, kao i da modernije opremi apartman, šrto ne bi trebalo biti ni skupo ni nemoguće. Da razmisli o malo modernijem i boljem uređenju, što također doprinosi tome da se bolje i ugodnije osjećate dok ste unutra u samom apartmanu. Za ponuđenu cijenu realno je očekivati sve navedeno. Ljudi i gosti koji plaćaju jako skupe usluge, naučili su na ipak malo veći komfor, luksuz i bolju opremljenost. Prednost apartmana je što ima perilicu za rublje u njemu, lijep pogled na more i blizina plaže, te je okruženje mirno. Istina je da smo kao gosti znali otprlike, prema slikama što nas čeka, iako na slikama sve izgleda dosta prostranije, prozračnije, svjetlije, komfornije, ali moram priznati da je bilo prilično neugodno iznenađenje, jer smo se nadali da se barem u jednoj od soba kreveti mogu razdvojiti, pa predlažem vlasniku da to i učini ukoliko izdaje apartman za goste s više djece. To su konstruktivne kritike vlasniku, koji se pokazao na kraju dosta korektnim u pristupu, iako nije umanjio cijenu unatoč nezdovoljstvu klijenata, što bi bio civilizacijski iskorak ili da se barem ispričao zbog cijene koja je previsoka, nego se izgovarao na agenciju s kojom ima ugovor. Agencija je poslušala naše primjedbe, ali naravno nije reagirala i smatra da su neutemeljene. Dakle, cijena apartmana je previsoka za ono što nudi. Da su vlasnik i agencija ispravno i pošteno napisali cijenu i ponudili manju, onda bi za tu vrijednost dobili to što se zaista dobije, a ovako se stječe krivi dojam i navodi se goste na nešto što ne odgovara ponuđenoj cijeni. Naime, uvidom u ostale smještajne jedince koje su po istoj cijeni, možete uočiti vrlo različite skokove u kvalitet ponude smještaja. Cijene su takve, ali često ne odgovaraju ponudi....

The location is good - 3 minutes walk to the shop, 8-10 minutes walk to the Prizba beach, which has a good bar, beach volleyball court, rental of SUPs/windsurf/kayaks etc.

Small quiet apartment, well equipped, clean, landlord very friendly and reserved. Wonderful location, the beach and small shop for your daily needs are just 5 minutes walk. If you want peace, a fantastic view of the night sky and the sea, this apartment is highly recommended.<3

Kleines ruhiges Appartement, gut ausgestattet, sauber, Vermieter sehr freundlich und zurückhaltend. Wunderbare Lage, zum Strand und kleinem Geschäft für den täglichen Bedarf sind es nur 5 Minuten Fussweg. Wer sich Ruhe, einen fantastischen Blick in den Nachthimmel und auf das Meer wünscht, ist dieses Apartment sehr zu empfehlen. <3

I recommend: dream holiday in a great apartment, with a view of the sea, distance to the beautiful beach, where there is a bar with ice cream is 7-10 minutes walk, very quiet neighborhood allows you to relax, right under the building parking, about 150 m to a well-stocked shop , safe building for children; a good place as a base - near Blato, Vela Luka, about 1 hour by car to the beautiful city of Korcula - called the small Dubrovnik; You can also visit extraordinary places on foot, such as Priscapac; the only minus is the external appearance of the building - but it's only a matter of aesthetics:) with such views, hardly anyone will pay attention to it;) I sincerely recommend !!!!!

polecam: wymarzone wakacje w świetnym apartamencie, z widokiem na morze, odległość do przepięknej plaży, przy której znajduje się bar z lodami to 7-10 minut spacerkiem, bardzo cicha okolica pozwala odpocząć, tuż pod budynkiem parking, ok 150 m do dobrze zaopatrzonego sklepu, budynek bezpieczny dla dzieci; dobre miejsce jako baza wypadowa - blisko Blato, Vela Luka, ok 1h samochodem do pięknego miasta Korcula - nazywanego małym Dubrovnikiem; równeż pieszo można zwiedzić niezwykłe miejsca jak np. Priscapac; jedyny minus to wygląd zewnętrzny budynku - ale to wyłącznie sprawa estetyki :) przy takich widokach mało kto zwróci na to uwagę ;) szczerze polecam!!!!!

The apartment was very good, and in the kitchen a large number of dishes, nothing lacking, air conditioning efficient, very clean and neat. Shop 1 min., Beach 3 min. A small marina with 3 pubs, ice cream and delicious coffee. Housewives speaks. English.

Piękne miejsce na wypoczynek: widoki,cisza i spokój! Zakwaterowanie niekrępujące, z osobnym wejściem i parkingiem. Wyposażenie apartamentu bardzo dobre,a w kuchni duża ilość naczyń, niczego nie brakowało,klimatyzacja sprawna, bardzo czysto i schludnie. Sklep 1 min., plaża 3 min. Niewielka marina z 3 knajpkami, lodami i pyszną kawą. Gospodyni mówi w jęz. angielski.
