Lovely place to rest and recharge. Every evening we enjoyed the sunset from the terrace overlooking the bay. Silence and nature.

Posto incantevole dove riposare e ricaricarsi. Ogni sera ci siamo goduti il tramonto dalla terrazza con vista sulla baia. Silenzio e natura.

A beautiful house that met all our expectations! Located in the middle of an olive grove, far from the eyes of the neighbors, Periča's house provided us with rest and peace for 13 days. It is equipped with everything necessary, and electricity has been introduced, so it is no longer a classic type of Robinson house. In the yard there is an almond tree, a fig tree and a garden with excellent tomatoes that Perica selflessly shared with us. And the outdoor shower under the vines is a hit and a big plus for this accommodation. The beach is located in a nearby bay and can be reached in a few minutes by a path through an olive grove. A macadam road leads to the house itself, but it is not a problem to get there with a car with a slightly lower suspension. Perica and daughter Jasna are very nice and kind hosts. We are definitely putting a heart mark on this place in our Google map! ❤️

Prekrasna kuća koja je ispunila sva naša očekivanja! Smještena usred maslinika, daleko od pogleda susjeda, Peričina kuća pružala nam je odmor i mir punih 13 dana. Opremljena je svime potrebnim, a uvedena je i el.energija pa nije više klasični tip robinson kuće. U dvorištu se nalazi drvo badema, drvo smokve te vrt s odličnim rajčicama koje je Perica nesebično dijelio i nama. A vanjski tuš ispod vinove loze pun je pogodak i veliki plus za ovaj smještaj. Plaža se nalazi u obližnjoj uvali i do nje se dođe za nekoliko minuta puteljkom kroz maslinik. Do same kuće vodi makadam, ali nije problem za doći i automobilom s nešto nižim ovjesom. Perica i kći Jasna vrlo su dragi i ljubazni domaćini. U našu Google kartu na ovo mjesto svakako stavljamo oznaku srca! ❤️

if you love nature and solitude, you have found the right place here. in the middle of the olive grove with a view of the sea you feel like in paradise. perica caught us fish and we were allowed to take ours from his vegetable garden. the outdoor shower under the wine but with hot water by solar energy is unique. we had 2 wonderful weeks in this house, thank you perica! barbara and michael from vienna, june/july/2023

wer die natur und die einsamkeit lieb, hat hier den richtigen ort gefunden. inmitten des olivenhains mit ausblick aufs meer fühlt man sich wie im paradies. perica hat uns fische gefangen und wir durften uns von seinem gemüsegarten nehmen. die dusche im freien unter dem wein, aber mit warmwasser durch sonnenenergie ist einzigartig. wir hatten 2 wunderbare wochen in diesem haus, danke perica! barbara und michael aus wien, juni/juli/2023

Anyone looking for a peaceful holiday by the sea without people in a wonderful environment with an almost private bay is in the right place. The house is completely isolated from other buildings in an olive grove. The photo in the offer corresponds to reality. From the terrace you can see the sea, in the morning you will be woken up by a rooster from a nearby estate. Korčula and Hvar are among the sunniest places in Croatia. At the turn of June and July - the longest day, acceptable temperatures, fresh greenery, the temperature of the sea is just right. The host is very nice man. Upon arrival he brought us some mackerel (he is a fisherman) and two days before departure again. The accommodation is furnished above standard. In the kitchen you will find so many dishes that you may not even have that many at home. Everything is clean, plenty of towels and tea towels available. The house runs on solar energy, 230V is available everywhere, the stove is on gas, hot water on the sun.:) There is a small garden and a parking space near the house, all surrounded by olive trees, through which you can take a narrow footpath for approx. people, I think this is the real thing. We will definitely come back here again. We recommend and thank the owner once again.:):)

Kdo touží po dovolené u moře v klidu bez lidí v nádherném prostředí se skoro soukromou zátokou je na pravém místě. Dům leží úplně izolován od ostatní zástavby v olivovém háji.Foto v nabídce odpovídá realitě. Z terasy je vidět na moře,ráno vás probudí kohout z nedaleké usedlosti.Korčula s Hvarem patří k nejslunějším místům v Chorvatsku.Na přelomu června a července -nejdelší den,přijatelné teploty,svěží zeleň,teplota moře tak akorát.Pan domácí je velice milý člověk.Po příjezdu nám přnesl několik makrel(je totiž rybář) a dva dny před odjezdem znovu.Ubytování je zařízeno nadstandartně.V kuchyňských linkách najdete tolik nádobí,že možná ani tolik nemáte doma.Vše je čisté, k dispozici plno ručníků a utěrek.Dům jede na solární energii,všude je dostupné 230V,sporák je na plyn,teplá voda na sluníčko.:) U domu je malá zahrádka a prostor na parkování,vše obklopeno olivovníky, kterými se úzkou pěšinou cca po 400 m dostanete do malé zátoky,kde se potkáte max. tak 2-4 lidmi okolních pensionů.Kdo touží po naprostém klidu a odpočinku od lidí myslím,že to je to pravé.Určitě se zde ještě jednou vrátíme. Doporučujeme a ještě jednou děkujeme panu domácímu.:) :)

The garden is very well kept and owner even allowed us to take some of their harvest. Which at that time were tasty tomatoes. They also gifted us with fresh caught fish. Overall we haven't had any issues and had super vacation. So if you want secluded house with privacy this is the one. Hopefully we will come back again:)
