Nehigijenski uvjeti, namještaj u raspadu, tuš ne radi kako treba, vlaga i neugodan miris. Cijena ne odgovara kvaliteti usluge.

Very negative assessment, dirty house with the smell of mold, we could not sleep in one of the rooms. Lamp not working so the kitchen was totally dark. Insect larvae nestled outside the door window. The house seemed abandoned ...

Valutazione molto negativa, casa sporca con puzza di muffa, non abbiamo potuto dormire in una delle stanze. Lampada non funzionante quindi la cucina era totalmente buia. Larve di insetti annidate all'uscita della porta finestra. La casa sembrava abbandonata...

The apartment is totally run down. I do not know from when the photos are Adriatic has, but they correspond in any way more to the current condition.

Die Ferienwohnung ist total runtergekommen.Ich weiss nicht von wann die Fotos sind die Adriatic hat,aber sie entsprechen in keinster weise mehr dem jetzigen Zustand.

Unfortunately we will not recommend the place to friends because of general disorder and neglect in the building and out.:(

Apartament położony w dobrym miejscu. Rozkład pomieszczeń dobry. Zewnętrzne tarasy wystarczająco duże. Dostępność garażu duży plus. Pomieszczenia niezbyt czyste i zaniedbane.Bardzo niestarannie posprzątane. Spadające z mocowań firany to lekka przesada. Kuchnia wymagała samodzielnego posprzątania bo robiła nieprzyjemne wrażenie. Otoczenie budynku bardzo zaniedbane. Gospodarz nie przykłada uwagi do porządku. Oczekiwaliśmy wyższego standardu. Dojście do plaży między budynkami słabo przygotowane. Z racji dużej przestrzeni i faktu ,że mieliśmy cały budynek do dyspozycji pobyt uważamy za udany. Niestety nie będziemy polecać miejsca znajomym ze względu ogólny nieporządek i zaniedbania w budynku i na zewnątrz. :(

:sad: Dobry den.Ubytovanie bolo celkom slusne ale v obyvacke postel kde sme spali hrozna az priserna vobec nedoporucujem a cistota tiez slaba.Jednanie domaceho bolo tiez nepriatelne,hlavne jeho jednanie a pristup k nam.Uz by sme si tento objekt nevybrali.Nie je to hodne ceny za ubytovanie ktoru pyta.Dakujem.

La casa offre una sistemazione tranquilla il grage risulta molto utile come pure il babecue posto in giardino, la spiaggia vicina accontenta ma per vedere il bello di Korcula consiglio di noleggiare gli scooter, l'unico appunto negativo sulla casa è quello legato alla acqua calda che dipende dall'interrutore posizionato su un'altra unità siamo rimasti per un giorno senza acqua fredda grazie ll'intervento con il proprietario, poi il penultimo giorno sempre per lo stesso motivo di dipendenza dell'impianto boiler con l'altra unità per un operazione errata da parte del nuovo inquilino di nuovo senza acqua calda sempre per un giorno, cmq consiglio la sistemazione per una vacanza libera e rilassante.:smile: :smile:

We spent two weeks in a very relaxing, away from the crowds and this has really recharged. The girls have enjoyed a lot. This part of Croatia is worth visiting even if the trip for us was very long and tiring. : Lol:

Abbiamo trascorso due settimane in una località molto rilassante, lontani dalla folla e questo ci ha davvero ricaricato. Le bambine si sono divertite tantissimo. Questa parte della Croazia merita di essere visitata anche se il viaggio per noi è stato molto lungo e faticoso. :lol:
