Everything was as described except that the large terrace visible in the photos is not available to guests and there was supposed to be a grill available, but there wasn't.

I will only describe the negatives... The number of parking spaces is in principle 8, but it was constantly used by the guests of the neighboring apartments. A nice little old man told me every day to stand closer to the other car (10 centimeters away) so that a 3rd car could fit in the 2-space parking lot. There are no sunshades, so you cannot stay on the terrace in the afternoon. It wouldn't be a big investment though... it was at the neighboring houses. No microwave oven. This should also be the basis. We heated everything in the electric oven very slowly. There is a towel, but it is only 30cmX50cm, which could not be used to towel off after a shower. By the way, the housemates are nice, they didn't bother me. The apartment knows what is in the description. Since we only went to bed at night, it was perfectly fine. The number of stairs to the beach: 132 - going down is no problem...:-) We went up and around and did some shopping in the meantime. Everything is there! (market, bakery, convenience store, restaurant). Overall it wasn't bad!

Csak a negatívumokat írom le... A parkolók száma elvileg 8, de azt folyamatosan használták a szomszéd apartmanok vendégei is. Egy kedves kis öreg minden nap elmondta, hogy álljak közelebb a másik autóhoz (10 centire), hogy egy 3. kocsi is elférjen a 2 férőhelyes parkolóban. Nincs napárnyékoló, ezért a teraszon nem lehet meglenni már délután. Pedig nem nagy befektetés lenne... a szomszéd házaknál volt. Nincs mikró sütő. Ennek is már alapnak kellene lennie. MIndent az elektromos sütőn melegítettünk fel nagyon lassan. Törölköző van, de csak 30cmX50cm-es, amiben nem lehetett megtörölközni zuhanyzás után. Egyébként a háziak kedvesek, nem zavartak. Az apartman azt tudja, ami a leírásban szerepel. Mivel mi csak este mentünk fel aludni, teljesen jó volt. A lépcsők száma a strandig: 132 - lefele nincs gond...:-) Felfele meg körbe jöttünk, és közben bevásároltunk. Minden van! (piac, pékség, kisbolt, étterem). Összességében nem volt rossz!

Dear Sir/Madam, My husband and I booked the above mentioned studio through your agency. Unfortunately, except for the location, everything was beyond criticism. When we arrived, almost nothing was working. The hobs did not heat up. Otherwise, the owner brought us a gas stove that was all dirty, which she later replaced with an older electric stove that had neither a glass ceramic plate nor induction. The problem was with hot water, because the boiler is sometimes a sin, sometimes not. Toilet - the owner brought us a bucket, as flushing from the kettle was not effective. The fridge overheated, so the hob above the fridge was hot, but there was no cooling. The owner and her son brought an old refrigerator that had all the drawers glued together. The household equipment, apart from the plates, cups and mugs, was worn out, the pan with the handle had a curved bottom so that it did not fit on the hob. The bedding was closed.

Spoštovani, Preko vaše agencije sva z možem rezervirala zgoraj navedeni strudio. Žal je bilo, razen lokacije, vse izpod kritike. Ko sva prišla, ni funkcioniralo skoraj nič. Kuhalne plošče niso grele. Sicer nama je lastnica prinesla plinski kuhalnik, ki je bil ves umazan, ki ga je kasneje zamenjala z električnim kuhalnikom starejšega datuma, ki ni imel niti steklokeramične plošče, niti indukcije. Problem je bil s toplo vodo, saj je bojler včasih greh, včasih ne. Stranišče - lastnica nama je prinesla vedro, saj splakovanje iz kotlička ni bilo učinkovito. Hladilnik je pregreval, tako da je bila kuhalna plošča, ki je bila nad hladilnikom vroča, hladil pa ni. Lastnica in njen sin sta prinesla star hladilnik, ki je imel vse zlepljene predale. Gospodinjska oprema je bila, razen krožnikov, skodelic in šalic, dotrajana, ponev z ročajem je imela ukrivljeno dno, tako da se ni prilegalo kuhalni plošči. Posteljnina je bila zaprana.
