A very successful holiday. The apartment is large but dark. Everything is compensated by the view from the balcony. Very good equipment. Nothing was missing. The only drawback is the number of stairs to the beach. I counted 106. There was a second descent nearby, with 65 steps. But that's the charm of Brela. Special greetings to the very nice hostess.

Bardzo udane wakacje. Apartament duży choć ciemny. Wszystko rekompensuje widok z balkonu. Wyposażenie bardzo dobre. Niczego nie brakowało. Jedyny mankament, to ilość schodów do plaży. Naliczyłam 106. Niedaleko było drugie zejście, gdzie stopni było 65. Ale takie są uroki Breli. Specjalne pozdrowienia dla przesympatycznej gospodyni.

Location of the house great. 100 steps to the beach. Apartment very old, dark. And it was bad. cleaned.

Lage des Hauses prima. 100 Stufen bis zum Strand. Wohnung sehr in die Jahre gekommen, dunkel. Und es war schlecht. geputzt.

The accommodation was not cleaned, the drain in the shower was blocked.:(

We spent a relaxing last week with our three children in this apartment. All the equipment is of an older date, but everything was clean and working without problems. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms with a toilet and a shower, a kitchen with a dining table, a living room and a terrace with a beautiful view of the sea, from which you could listen to concerts from the center, provided an above-standard space that pleasantly surprised us. The dishwasher in the kitchen was also a big help. The only minor problem was parking, as there are fewer parking spaces near the building than the apartments, so if you wanted to go somewhere, you had to make arrangements with others. However, the location of the apartment is great, a short distance to the sea, a short distance to the center of Brela, a short distance to a shop, a short distance to a restaurant for dinner and a possible beer, so there was almost no reason to drive anywhere. The stairs lead directly from the apartment to the sea, of which there are 106 (my son counted). If it would be a problem for someone, just go out into the street, walk down the path for about 30 meters and take the official wider steps to the sea, of which there are only about 50. Both paths can be easily managed. The operator Miljenka is willing, kind and communicates in English and German. Overall, we rate the stay as very successful, if you do not insist on modern, new room equipment and you are more interested in the location of the apartment, you will definitely be satisfied here. V tomto apartmánu jsme s našimi třemi dětmi strávili pohodový minulý týden. Veškeré vybavení je sice staršího data, ale vše bylo čisté a bez problémů fungující. Dvě ložnice, dvě koupelny s toaletou a sprchovým koutem, kuchyň s jídelním stolem, obývací pokoj a terasa s krásným výhledem na moře, ze které se daly poslouchat koncerty z centra, poskytly až nadstandardní prostor, který nás příjemně překvapil. Myčka v kuchyni byla také velkým pomocníkem. Jediným menším problém bylo parkování, protože u budovy je méně parkovacích míst než apartmánů, takže pokud chtěl člověk někam odjíždět, bylo nutné se domluvit s ostatními. Umístění apartmánu je však skvělé, kousek k moři, kousek do centra Brely, kousek do obchodu, kousek do restaurace na večeři a případné pivo, a tak důvod někam jezdit nebyl téměř žádný. Přímo z apartmánu vedou schody k moři, kterých je krásných 106 (počítal to syn). Pokud by to pro někoho byl problém, stačí vyjít na ulici, sejít po cestě cca 30 metrů a dát se oficiálními širšími schody k moři, kterých je už jen zhruba 50. Obě cesty se ale dají v pohodě zvládnout. Paní provozní Miljenka ochotná, milá a komunikující anglicky i německy. Celkově hodnotíme pobyt jako velmi povedený, pokud netrváte na moderním novém vybavení pokojů a jde Vám spíše o lokaci apartmánu, budete zde určitě spokojeni. Petr Filgas<3
