Beach AccommodationI highly recommend staying in an apartment in Podaca managed by Adriatic.hr;) The apartment is well-kept, clean, located 2 minutes from the beach, nice surroundings, sea view from the balcony. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary accessories. The hosts were very nice and helpful, they also helped us quickly carry our luggage after arrival. A very nice lady who speaks Polish works at Adriatic.hr<3, who helped us solve several problems during our stay, so I highly recommend it to residents from Poland;)

A small air conditioning unit in the kitchen with a time limit (not mentioned in any description beforehand). The rest of the rooms have no air conditioning and are very, very hot. No hot water. You can only shower with cold water and minimal water pressure, and sometimes there is no water at all while showering. The bathrooms have a terrible stench of sewage, almost unbearable. One bedroom cannot be darkened. (Very hot) There are no trash cans in the bathrooms. No bath towels, only 4 hand towels. The landlord is a fraud!! 2 hours after checking out I received an email with an alleged "credit" for the remaining cash payment on site. However, we paid the deposit and cash payment in full on site.
Eine kleine Klimaanlage in der Küche mit zeitlicher Begrenzung (wurde in keiner Beschreibung vorher erwähnt). Restliche Zimmer nicht klimatisiert und sehr sehr heiß. Kein warmes Wasser vorhanden. Man kann nur mit kaltem Wasser mit minimalem Wasserdruck duschen, während des Duschens kam manchmal gar kein Wasser mehr. Bestialischer Abwassergestank in den Bädern, kaum auszuhalten. 1 Schlafzimmer ist nicht abdunkelbar. (Sehr heiß) In den Bädern keine Mülleimer. Keine Duschtücher vorhanden nur 4 Handtücher. Vermieter ist ein Betrüger!! 2 Stunden nach Checkout habe ich eine E-Mail erhalten mit einer angeblichen „Gutschrift" über die Bar-Restzahlung vor Ort. Wir haben aber die Anzahlung und Barzahlung vor Ort voll bezahlt.

During your stay, your hosts have explained to you that the there are sporadic issues with the water pressure in the whole village. The same goes for the occasional very faint sewer smell. Those issues are beyond the host's control and all the other guests in the house showed understanding. The air-condition in the apartment is a 3.5kW unit which, together with the ceiling fans in the bedrooms, is more than enough to cool down the whole apartment. Your hosts have provided 10 clean towels which is more than enough for 4 people. They would have provided additional towels, but you never requested them. The e-mail you have received after your departure contained the invoice for the payments you have made - we reject any false claims about asking for additional payment, since we have only issued an invoice as required by law. We are sorry that you did not contact us regarding any issues because we surely would have been able to assist you and explain the invoice you received.
