:( :S Terrible place!!!! Don't rent apartment here!!! Hoast named Vesna , was so rude, unprofessional and non polite. She was argumentative and she was making remarks such as we are not paying enough. We paid 310Euros for 4 nights . That is 77.5Euros per day and she was saying it is not enough money for her to include dish soap which is 10kunas in out price. We had to look for grocery store, exchange money and buy big dish soap for 4 days. We needed to wash all dishes for health and hygienic reason. Out terrace was facing wall, no view no nothing. When we go to the room it was smelling bas like rotten eggs. Cleaner dis not clean nothing 4 days. Photos were deceiving. Third bed was actually just sofa. It was so dirty, smelly and very uncomfortable. I am so disappointed in this place and hoast and i would not recommend this place to anyone. I 77Euro per night was definayely by far very overpriced for such a poor location and apatrment. Thhe sea was clise but the actuall veach was far 10-15 min away. So greedy for money. On the last day she come 5 times to our room to ask us to leave before our check outtime. And she asked me to move my car by 9am from parking spot.Later that day i was passing by parking spot and her spot was still empty at 3pm. Her customer service, and profesionallisam was terrible. Don't Rent apartment here!!!!:S :(
Dear guest, we are forwarding the full host's answer: "Concerning the price and check-out: host Vesna wasn't making remarks about the price because the price is fixed in contract with Adriatic and there are no possibilities for asking extra money. Check-out is in 10 a.m. and Vesna was waking up the guests after 10 a.m. to ask them to leave and to pay. Same rules, which are part of the contract, are in order for the parking spot also. Our host was just following the rules. Photos are deceiving just in one senses: there is a new kitchen in the apartment. It is visible that house is in the second row, without a sea view. It's true that a bigger beach is further away, but regular beach is close. It's a lie that the third bed is just a sofa. Also, we are not obliged to have a dish soap. But the most outrageous lies are those about the smell and dirtiness. We have never had any complaints about hygienic standard and cleanliness and we have the same cleaning lady for last 10 years. Especially obnoxious lie is one about rotten eggs. Why didn't they complain immediately? And in which apartment like this you expect a cleaning lady to clean it every day while you're in apartment? It's not a hotel. We can understand that someone can be disappointed because imagining something else but these repulsive lies are not just some kind of overreaction but a complete fiction without any reference to reality. A very pretty place. Only 2 apartments in the building so there is peace. The village is a good place to relax with children. Lady looking after the apartment very helpful. She even helped find a place for friends who came without a reservation. Parking requires a bit of craftsmanship;)
