Catering is possible in the restaurant right next to the apartment, higher prices and average in gastronomy. We liked to go to Brela next door for food. As for the accommodation itself: it is a smaller recreational facility, inside the small complex there are several apartments, but there is plenty of space. As a minus in our apartment, I see the IMPOSSIBILITY to grill, I brought my own electric grill, but the landlord forbade its use on the terrace of the apartment for the first few days with the fact that downstairs in the garden there is a barbecue "gazebo" - somehow forgot that this barbecue pavilion itself is constantly occupied because it lives in this area together with you. So the announced grill does not seem to be, in our 12 days here, it has never been used by another apartment, as it is simply not possible. As a big big minus I see the participation of the family of the landlord, you can always see him, he is still running because he lives in a room on the edge, the kitchen is in the room on the other side of the complex, etc .. so who is looking for privacy and peace . It is interesting that you do not really perceive other residents as much as the landlord and his family. The apartment was clean and quite well furnished. The double beds are older and instead of slats there are pieces of old wardrobes! : lol: The bathroom is brand new, but with a broken washing machine. The problem was also the parking of 2 cars, when the landlord after 2 days had to need one car at all costs to crash into the garage, which required the dismantling of the coffin on the roof, but nothing major. Free air conditioning was a great pleasure. Evening entertainment was again limited by the host, at the moment when the children are flying, or you are having more fun, you are alerted by the host's family, even before 10 pm. I recommend instead, but you need to take these negatives into account. We were bothered by the overall moderation of the home family, it spoils the impression, because you feel so extra and unwelcome in the place. The front apartment at the entrance seems better to us because you have more privacy, even though you are right at the entrance to the complex.

Zajímavé místo na útesu těsně nad pláží. U vody jste do 2 minut a dá se jen tak vyběhnout v plavkách. Na výběr máte ze 4 pláží, které jsou ihned u domu. Není třeba hledat další, protože tyto pláže jsou skvělé. V lokalitě Mimice nenajdete žádné dětské atrakce, proto kdo hledá vyžití pro děti v podobě šlapadel, nafukovacích atrakcí atd.. musí popojet cca 12 minut autem na Brelu, nebo Baška voda. Stravování je možné v restauraci ihned u apartmánu, vyšší ceny a průměr v gastronomii. Na jídlo se nám líbilo jezdit spíše vedle do Brely. Co se týče samotného ubytování: jde o menší rekreační zařízení, uvnitř malého areálu je hned několik apartmánů, ale místa je zde dostatek. Jako mínus u našeho apartmánu vidím NEMOŽNOST grillovat, dovezl jsem si vlastní elektrický grill, ale pan domácí zakázal jeho používání na terase apartmánu ihned první dny s tím, že dole v zahradě je k dispozici grillovací "altánek" - jaksi již zapomenul na to, že tento grilovací altánek sám nepřetržitě okupuje, protože v tomto areálu bydlí společně s vámi. Takže avizovaný grill jako by nebyl, za našich 12 dnů zde, nebyl ani jednou použit jiným apartmánem, jelikož to prostě možné není. Jako celkové velké mínus vidím právě účast rodiny pana domácího, neustále ho vidíte, je furt v chodu jelikož sám bydlí v místnosti na kraji, kuchyň má zase v místnosti na druhé straně areálu atd..takže kdo hledá soukromí a klid, zde se zcela nedočká. Zajímavé je to, že defakto nevnímáte ostatní ubytované tolik jako domácího a jeho rodinu. Apartmán byl čistý a celkem dostatečně zařízený. Manželské postele jsou starší a místo roštů jsou umístěny kusy starých skříní ! :lol: Koupelna je zcela nová, ale s nefunkční pračkou. Problém byl i s parkováním 2 automobilů, kdy pan domácí po 2 dnech měl potřebu jedno auto za každou cenu narvat do garáže, což vyžadovalo demontáž rakve na střeše, nic zásadního však. Klimatizace zdarma bylo velkým potěšením. Večerní zábava byla opět limitována domácím, v okamžiku kdy děti lítají, nebo se více bavíte jste upozornění rodinou domácího a to i před 22 hodinou. Já místo doporučuji, ale je třeba brát na vědomí tyto negativa. Vadila nám celková odměřenost domácí rodiny, kazí to dojem, jelikož se v místě cítíte tak nějak navíc a nevítaně. Lepší se nám zdá přední apartmán u vchodu jelikož máte větší soukromí a to i přes to, že jste přímo u vchodu do areálku.

We loved our stay at this apartment. It was spacious, clean and with a wonderful terrace and view. Our son also loved playing in the garden. The nearby beach was fantastic and perfect for children. The host was very acomodating and friendly. We would love to come back one day and we definitely recomend staying here!

Jestem bardzo zadowolona z pobytu. Apartament bardzo dobrze wyposazony, piekny ogrod i taras ze wspanialym widokiem. Gospodarze mili, chetnie udzielajacy odpowedzi. Okolica bardzo spokojna, miejscowość urokliwa. Zdecydowanie polecam:)

<3 byli jsme zde s rodinou 1. Týden června v tomto apartmánu. Pro ty, co hledají klidnou dovolenou a nevadí jim ze do města musí zajet... Naprostá nádhera. Ubytování je snad i hezčí, než na fotkách. Co jsme viděli v okolí, apartmán byl na nejlepším místě, krásně udržovaná zahrada byla jako oáza, protože borovice nepustily sluníčko a vedro na zahradu. Venkovní sprcha na zahradě, šňůry na prádlo, gril s posezením, dvě terasy.. Jedna s výhledem na moře. Lavička na zahradě s výhledem na druhou stranu.. Nemáme co vytknout. Stejně tak vybavení apartmánů. Spousta hrnců, pánví všeho co je potřeba pro pohodlné vaření. Všechny mycí a čistící prostředky k dispozici. Všude krásně čisto a voňavo. Malá pizzerie hned pod apartmánem. Na nádhernou pláž je to z kopecka kousíček. Obchod asi 500 metrů. Vše dokonalé. <3 stejně tak služby zprostředkovatele. <3 top top top Ivča s rodinou

Zakwaterowanie jak i pobyt oceniam bardzo dobrze. Gospodarze bardzo mili nie natrętni. Do plaży bardzo blisko sama plaża bardzo ładna ale zdarza się, że turyści zapomną zabrać śmieci po sobie co stwarza pewien dyskomfort. Miejscowość bardzo mała i spokojna na miejscu są restauracje, sklep konzum, stragan z warzywami. Apartament nadaje się dla rodzin z dziećmi ponieważ posiada duże, zadrzewione i ogrodzone podwórko na którym można odpocząć od skwaru południowego słońca.
