One bedroom apartment near beach Nemira, Omiš | A-2782-e

In 2023, we spent Christmas and New Year's Eve in this wonderful place. We took four dogs with us, who were warmly welcomed by the owners. The hosts are very friendly and nice people, they even gave us a gift on New Year's Eve, and even the dogs got a treat!!!<3 We were also very satisfied with the accommodation, and what we really liked was that we lived on the second floor, but the design allowed us to go out to the street without having to climb stairs, which was a big advantage for dogs. The equipment of the apartment was adequate. I recommend it to everyone. who prefers value for money rather than luxury.:)

2023-ban a karácsonyt, és a szilvesztert töltöttük ezen a csodálatos helyen. Négy kutyust vittünk magunkkal akiket nagy szeretettel fogadtak a tulajdonosok. A házigazdák nagyon szimpatikus, kedves emberek, még ajándékkal is kedveskedtek szilveszter alkalmával, és még a kutyusok is kaptak jutalomfalatot!!! <3 A szállással is nagyon meg voltunk elégedve, és ami nagyon tetszett, hogy a második szinten laktunk, de a kialakítás lehetővé tette, hogy lépcsőzés nélkül jussunk ki az utcára, ami a kutyáknál nagy előnyt jelentett Az apartman felszereltsége megfelelő volt, Mindenkinek ajánlom, aki nem a luxust, hanem az ár-érték arányt részesíti előnyben.:)

Perfect location, 5 km to Omis, to fish market, first line of coastline, beach is near appartments, private downhill to it, beautiful view, spacious appartment, the air condition was only in one bedroom, the other just had fan which we used to disperse the сold air from corridor, it was comfort because the second bedroom isn`t in direct sun side. Host was kind and friendly. Second bathroom had small smell of sewage.

The apartment is nice clean but very warm. She bakes a wall of the day all day long. Next to it is asphalt and a nice big parking lot, which floods the heat all day. The restaurant's parking lot will bring cars to and from midnight. Very noisy. The air conditioner is in such a bad place that it pushes the cold on the bed, the outdoor unit is placed on the wall of the small room, which is very loud. If you turn on the climate, you will not be able to sit on the enclosed patio because it will push the heat there. The bathroom smells awful. The coast is very nice and quiet.

Az apartman szép tiszta, de nagyon meleg. Egész nap süti a nap valamelyik falát. Mellette aszfalt és egy jó nagy betonparkoló, ami egész nap árasztja a meleget. Az étterem parkolója miatt éjfélig jönnek-mennek az autók. Nagyon zajos. A klíma olyan rossz helyen van, hogy az ágyra tolja a hideget, a kültéri egység a kisszoba falára van felrakva, ami nagyon hangosan zúg. Ha a klímát bekapcsolod, addig nem ülhetsz a zárt teraszra, mert oda tolja a meleget. A fürdőszoba rettenetesen csatornaszagú. A part nagyon szép és csendes.
