Three bedroom apartment near beach Orij, Omiš | A-2809-a

Very friendly and uncomplicated landlord! They always gave us tips for excursions, restaurants,... large apartment, clean, everything exactly as in the photos, perfect location right on the fine pebble beach, parking lot at the house, quiet location, we felt very comfortable:-) unfortunately WiFi very slow

Sehr freundliche und unkomplizierte Vermieter! Sie haben uns immer wieder Tipps gegeben für Ausflüge, Restaurants,... großes Appartement, sauber, alles genauso wie auf den Fotos, perfekte Lage direkt am feinen Kiesstrand, Parkplatz beim Haus, ruhige Lage wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt:-) leider Wlan sehr langsam

- We booked the 3 bedroom apartment. However, upon arrival we were only shown 2 rooms and 1 room was locked. When I complained about this to the homeowner, she was cheeky and said I only paid for 2 rooms and we are only 4 people anyway and we should sleep in these 2 rooms Toilet locked because we don't need it anyway. In addition, she catches anyone who passes by with a garbage bag and has them sorted out again with her supervisor. It was extremely hot in the apartment because we unfortunately had no air conditioning, but unfortunately I overlooked that when booking. My conclusion: the location is nice, but an apartment isn't possible

- Wir haben das Apartment mit 3 Schlafzimmer gebucht. Bei der Ankunft wurden uns aber nur 2 Zimmer gezeigt und 1 Zimmer war verschlossen. Als ich das bei der Hauseigentümer bemängelte war diese gleich frech und meinte ich habe nur 2 Zimmer bezahlt und wir sind sowieso nur 4 Leute und wir sollen in diesen 2 Zimmer schlafen Nach längerer Diskussion sperrte sie dann doch noch das Zimmer auf aber dafür wurde noch 1 WC zugesperrt da wir es ja eh nicht benötigen. Außerdem fängt sie jeden der mit einen Müllsack vorbei geht ab und lässt diesen nochmals mit ihrer Aufsicht aussortieren. Es war extrem heiß in dem Apartment da wir leider keine Klimaanlage hatten aber das hab ich leider bei der Buchung übersehen. Mein Fazit Lage ist schön aber Apartment geht har nicht

The apartment was absolutely overpriced for what was offered. both in terms of size, terrace, uncomfortable bed, small number of washed towels, etc. it is also not clear from the booking.com announcement that there is a small campsite between the house and the coast. so the shade of the trees is not intended for apartment users, but for campers.:(

Apartma je bil glede na ponujeno absolutno precenjen. tako glede velikosti, terase, neudobne postelje, majhnega števila spranih brisač ipd. iz objave na booking.com tudi ni razvidno, da je med hišo in obalo majhen kamp. tako da senca dreves ni namenjena uporabnikom apartmaja, ampak kamperjem. :(
