One bedroom apartment with terrace and sea view Pisak, Omiš | A-5975-c

I highly recommend accommodation with Mrs. Ksenja. We were there in August and had a very enjoyable holiday with our children. The interior was clean and cozy, everything worked as it should, the kitchen equipment allowed us to prepare meals with ease. We ate our meals on the balcony and it was quiet and pleasant. The photos of the paint are consistent with the actual condition. A big advantage of the apartment is that you don't have to climb any stairs, which made all logistics during our stay much easier. The owner is very friendly and communicative, and Mrs. Ksenja's handmade specialties are probably known throughout the area:) I heartily recommend it!

Gorąco polecam kwaterę u pani Ksenji. Bylismy w sierpniu i spędziliśmy tam bardzo udane wakacje wraz z dziećmi. W środku czysto i przytulnie, wszystko działało jak należy, wyposażenie kuchni ze spokojem pozwoliło nam na przygotowanie posiłków. Same posiłki spożywaliśmy na balkonie i było cicho i przyjemnie. Zdjęcia apramentu są zgodne ze stanem faktycznym. Duży plus apartamentu jest taki, że nie trzeba pokonywać żadnych schodów, co ułatwiło nam bardzo wszelką logistykę podczas pobytu. Właściciel bardzo przyjazny i kontaktowy, a własnoręcznie produkowane specjały pani Ksenji są chyba znane w całej okolicy:) Polecam serdecznie!

A very nice stay. We had practically 3 terraces at our disposal, including 2 with a sea view. It was nice and clean. We heartily recommend:)

Bardzo miły pobyt. Mieliśmy do dyspozycji praktycznie 3 tarasy, w tym 2 z widokiem na morze. Było miło i czysto. Polecamy serdecznie:)

Die Gastgeberin ist sehr herzlich! Der Blick auf Pisak von der Wohnung aus ist großartig. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen - Vielen Dank an Xenia für die offene und herzliche und freundliche Gastlichkeit sagen Julia und Markus und Familie <3

We were very disappointed with the apartment. In the kitchenette there was no window or air circulation and only an electric plate for cooking. For the saucepans it's better not to talk about it. There was no organization for this. The shower did not work well. Hot water could not be regulated. To sleep other tragedy. The very low bed does not know what material was coated that was unbearably hot. Basically we could not despite the air conditioning to rest in peace. The only positive thing is the sea. I can not recommend it like that to anyone. The landlady for charity was also kind but we Italians are used differently .. I'm sorry to say so but we're not complaining. We are even campers, but unfortunately for this year we could not use it. Greetings and do not want us. : *:(

Siamo rimasti molto delusi dall'appartamento. Nel cucinotto non esisteva nessuna finestra o circolazione d'aria e solo una piastra elettrica per cucinare. Per le pentole meglio non parlarne. Non c'era nessuna organizzazione per questo. La doccia non funzionava bene. L'acqua calda non si poteva regolare .Per dormire altra tragedia. Il letto bassissimo non si sa di quale materia fosse rivestito che faceva un caldo insopportabile. Praticamente non riuscivamo nonostante l'aria condizionata a riposare in pace. L'unica cosa positiva il mare. Non posso consigliarlo così proprio a nessuno. La padrona di casa per carità è stata anche gentile ma noi italiani siamo abituati in modo diverso.. Dispiace dire così ma non siamo perone che ci lamentiamo. Addirittura siamo camperisti,ma purtroppo per quest'anno non lo abbiamo potuto usare. Un saluto e non ce ne vogliate. :* :(
