The house was really big but needs a lot of renovation and the drive to the parking lot was catastrophic really every time we had to be careful not to break our cars from below the community has to do something there but otherwise the house owner always helped us and was very nice Thank you:)

The place around the house very neglected, not invested., Big mess. Owners on the top have beautiful shutters and windows and where the tourists live old windows and blinds.Error problems with electricity, provisional electrical existence.Need running washing machine and electric kitchen.Many downside There is no air conditioning, the heat we had not slept in. Plus the clean rooms. As will be the climate and purely around the house it might someday be there.We generally stay well, Sumpetar is a super quiet place.
We went to 9 this was decisive. One level in four rooms we have reached the place so many people are spacious, each room has a separate bathroom The cleanliness of the accommodation is adequate, the rooms are simple so at the end of the season / aug18 / there are several minor mistakes in the equipment. Parking is good, beach is good. Not far to the south / 2km, with a car 5 minutes / real sandy beach is also very good for small children, it is slowly going down 100 meters inward, about 1m. We stayed in the accommodation, we only slept there, we were on the beach daytime. The sea is really visible from the terrace, not just the sign.

Clean and quiet accommodation, with a beautiful view of the sea. The host is welcoming and very eager to make the guests' stay pleasant. recommend
