Three bedroom apartment with balcony Kraj, Pašman | A-8457-a

The accommodation is on the first floor with a separate entrance. The bedrooms were large enough, the furniture older, but everything was clean and functional. Plenty of storage space. The kitchen is well equipped (there is a dishwasher - bring your own capsules), the living room is smaller, rather only for food. The balcony is narrower but you can sit. The whole area is so Croatian, it could be put in a better condition. The beaches are great, both sandy and pebbly, on each there is a bar and a few umbrellas. At the sand beach, you pay 50 cents for a shower. I recommend pebble water shoes. The hosts are perfect. Kind, smiling, hospitable. They will sell you their own olive oil, vegetables, fruit and wine or brandy.:P The vacation was great, be careful on the way and enjoy;)

Ubytovanie je na poschodí so samostatným vchodom. Spálne boli dostatočne veľké, nábytok starší ale všetko bolo čisté a funkčné. Odkladacieho priestoru dostatok. Kuchyňa dobre vybavená( nechýba umývačka riadu - kapsule si doneste) obývačka menšia, skôr iba na jedlo. Balkón užší ale dá sa posedieť. Celé okolie je také chorvátske, dalo by sa to dať do lepšieho stavu. Pláže sú super aj piesková aj kamienková na každej je bar, pár slnečníkov. Na pieskovej sa za sprchu platí 50centov. Odporúčam na kamienkovú obuv do vody. Domáci sú perfektný. Milí, usmievaví, pohostinní. Predajú Vám vlastný olivový olej, zeleninu, ovocie aj vínko či rakiju. :P Dovolenka bola super, dajte s pozor cestou a užívajte ;)

Beautiful sea. Hospitable, nice owners. The owner sold us the fish he caught. The owner grilled them for us. They sold us their vegetables, olive oil and red wine (the best we have ever drank from Pašman at home). We were entertained on arrival and before departure. The apartment corresponded to the offer on the booking. There were plenty of dishes, towels. If there was a dishwasher (the owner plans here - the "crown" slowed down his plans) and a microwave, it would be excellent. We were bothered by mosquitoes, but this is a constant problem in this locality. It was a slightly longer walk to the beach - about 500 meters, 7-8 min.

Nádherné moře. Pohostinní, milí majitelé. Majitel nám prodal ryby, které chytil. Majitelka nám je i ugrilovala. Prodali nám svou zeleninu, olivový olej a červené víno (nejlepší, co jsme zatím na Pašmanu od domácích pili). Při příjezdu i před odjezdem nás pohostili. Apartmán (byt) odpovídal nabídce na bookingu. Byl zde dostatek nádobí, utěrek, ručníků. Pokud by byla k dispozici myčka (tu majitel plánuje - "korona" jeho plány zbrzdila) a mikrovlnná trouba, bylo by to vynikající. Trápili nás komáři, ale tohle je v této lokalitě stálý problém. Na pláž to byla trošku delší procházka - cca 500 metrů, 7-8 min.

A few meters away from the road makes the house a very idyllic and well-kept impression. Typical garden with parking space, very nice and helpful landlords, the upper floor is for the guests. On the ground floor the owner lives with his wife. The apartment itself is getting old, but functional and for 4 people more than adequate. It is - in my opinion - country-typical comfort, who wants luxury or German standard, must pay more. The walking distance to a newly created beach is worth mentioning, food is available in the neighboring Tkon, 5 minutes away by car. All in all, a nice holiday with very friendly landlords (the way, self-pressed olive oil and other products sell<3), thank you!

Ein paar Meter abseits der Straße gelegen macht das Haus einen sehr idyllischen und gepflegten Eindruck. Landestypischer Garten mit Stellplatz, sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter, die obere Etage ist für die Gäste. Ebenerdig wohnt der Besitzer mit Frau. Die Wohnung selber ist in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch zweckmäßig und für 4 Personen mehr als ausreichend. Es ist - m.E.- landestypischer Komfort, wer Luxus oder deutschen Standart möchte, muss mehr zahlen. Die fußläufige Nähe zu einem neu angelegtem Strand ist erwähnenswert, Lebensmittel gibt es im Nachbarort Tkon, 5 Min mit dem Auto entfernt. Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub mit sehr freundlichen Vermietern ( die übrigens selbst gepresstes Olivenöl und andere Produkte verkaufen<3 ), vielen Dank !
