Very nice house, great pool and great views of the sea, mainland and surrounding islands. Absolute quiet and secluded location, only the chirping of crickets can be heard. In a few minutes you can walk down to a beautiful rocky bay with crystal-clear water, where you are completely alone except for the occasional anchoring sailing boat (it is a bit difficult to get into the water). The house and property are very well maintained, built with great attention to detail. From the various terraces - by the pool, in front of the house - and from the roof terrace you have a fantastic view. Hikes directly from the house possible. The town of Tkon can be reached in about 10 minutes by car. Worth seeing the Benedictine monastery Cocovacs (Tkon) - please note the opening times (4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. except Sunday). Sehr schönes Haus, toller Pool und großartiger Blick auf Meer, Festland und umliegende Inselwelt. Absolute Ruhe- und Alleinlage, nur das Zirpen der Grillen ist zu hören. In wenigen Minuten gelangt man zu Fuß hinunter in eine schöne Felsbucht mit glasklarem Wasser, wo man bis auf gelegentlich ankernde Segelboote ganz alleine ist (Einstieg ins Wasser etwas schwierig). Das Haus und Grundstück sind sehr gepflegt, mit viel Liebe zum Detail gebaut. Von den diversen Terrassen - am Pool, vor dem Haus - und von der Dachterrasse hat man einen traumhaften Blick. Wanderungen direkt vom Haus aus möglich. Der Ort Tkon ist in ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Sehenswert das Benediktinerkloster Cocovacs (Tkon) - Öffnungszeiten beachten (16:00 - 18:00 außer Sonntag). Freundliche und unkomplizierte Vermieter, alles hat bestens geklappt,

Great vacation. Accommodation wonderful and fantastic view from the pool. Owners are super nice. Getting to the property took some getting used to at first. And a jetty could possibly be built by the sea. But otherwise it was fantastic.👍👍👍👍🥰🥰

Super super Urlaub. Unterkunft herrlich und vom Pool fantastischer traumhafter Ausblick. Besitzer sind super nett. Die Anfahrt zum Objekt war am Anfang gewöhnungsbedürftig. Und am Meer könnte eventuell ein Steg gebaut werden. Aber ansonsten war es traumhaft.👍👍👍👍🥰🥰

The best vacation, absolute peace and quiet. The owners built a beautiful pool this year (2022) with an unbeatable view. The way to the beach is not for flip flops, and the rocks on the coast are not inviting to lie around all day - we solved it by swimming in the sea, snorkeling and then returning to the house and lying by the pool. The road to the house is also not the smoothest, but we did it with a loaded station wagon. But next time I'd rather go without an agency, their SMS notification system doesn't work at all, they only contacted the owner after calling the agency directly. Lesson learned for next time - require direct contact with the owner.

Nejlepší dovolená, absolutní klid a pohoda. Majitelé letos (2022) postavili krásný bazén s nepřekonatelným výhledem. Cesta na pláž není na žabky, a skály na pobřeží také nelákají k povalování celý den - řešili jsme vykoupáním v moři, šnorchlování a potom návrat k domu a povalování u bazénu. Cesta k domu také není úplně nejhladší, ale dali jsme to s naloženým kombíkem. Příště ale raději bez agentury, jejich systém hlášení příjezdu přes sms vůbec nefunguje, až po přímém zavolání do agentury kontaktovali majitele. Poučení pro příště - vyžadovat přímý kontakt na majitele.

Dream holiday. Arriving at the house is a bit of an adventure for the first time, but if you don't have a sports car, no bigger problems. The house is secluded with beautiful sea views from four different terraces. The hostess is a very nice lady. On arrival the house clean and fragrant. We didn't mind the way to the sea, although the returns, the hikes up the hill, are a bit more challenging all day, but at least we strengthened our legs: D: D: D. Only the entrance to the sea is a bit steep, but it can be easily survived. So next year again and for 14 days.

Dovolená snů. Příjezd k domečku je na poprvé trochu dobrodružství, ale pokud nemáte vyloženě sportovní vůz, tak bez větších problému. Dům je na samotě s krásnými výhledy na moře ze čtyř různých teras. Paní domácí velmi příjemná paní. Při příjezdu domeček čistý a navoněný. Cesta k moři nám nevadila, byť návraty, výšlapy do kopce, jsou po celém dni trochu náročnější, ale aspoň jsme si posílili nohy:D :D :D. Jedině vstup do moře je trochu krkolomý, ale dá se to bez problému přežít. Takže příští rok znovu a na 14 dní.

The house has beautiful, wonderful panoramic views. The garden stone grid is super! The road leading to the house is poor enough on a long stretch. There was no hot water, just in the garden shower. Air conditioning is very absent from the house. There are lots of weasels. A private beach for beautiful, but unusable children. : S

A ház szép, csodálatos panorámával. A kerti kőgrill szuper! A házhoz vezető út elég hosszú szakaszon rossz minőségű. Nem volt meleg víz, csak a kerti zuhanyzónál. A légkondicionálás nagyon hiányzik a házból. Sok a darázs. A privát strand gyönyörű, de használhatatlan gyerekek számára.:S
