Beach AccommodationThe owner is truly courteous and respectful, a simple and kind welcome as these places in Croatia are. However, we must point out some shortcomings that make this location scarcely assessable, as it really lacks some minimum basics to be able to accommodate any guest with a minimum of comfort. 3 out of 4 rooms do not have windows (there are shutters, but in two cases they are broken); not that they were indispensable given the climate, but being an open country area they would have helped to manage the insects: in fact, without any mosquito net, the number of insects after a certain time becomes truly intolerable. The flow of water from the shower was problematic: very weak and sometimes insufficient to take a shower in a few minutes. Due to my carelessness, I hadn't deduced that the only space for eating was the terrace: the first evening there was rain and the three of us ate using the double bed to seat one person and place part of the food. Nice to get back to adventure and simplicity but the descriptions of this apartment are insufficient and misleading.:(
Dear guest, the house owner is surprised by the reasons for your bad review, especially because all the information regarding the type of the rooms and the windows is clearly visible on the web site. They acknowledge the possibility of the low water pressure, but this is an issue that occurs in the whole village during summer and they are sorry about the inconvenience. The apartment is sufficient to spend a vacation in a beautiful place at a reasonable price. The view from the balcony is beautiful. The house is located on the outskirts of the village in a very quiet area. Very close to a small, intimate beach (quite a busy street on the way and close to the beach). Spacious garden with ample parking spaces. The host was friendly - he greeted us with a bottle of wine, and during our stay he gave us fruit from the garden. Cons: very low pressure and difficult water temperature control (on the second floor, because I lived here).
The host is lovely, the location is great (the only small minus is the busy passage to the beach), the beach is great for children because the sandy bottom and shallow for a long time;)
Where do I start... the apartment is old and I swear it hasn't been invested in for 30 years for sure. It is dirty, something constantly smells in the kitchen. The dishes were not recommended for use:S One room has air conditioning, but that room has no window hahaha, so the air conditioning has no function. I'm 175 cm tall, but I couldn't straighten up in the shower... we brought a chair into the toilet to have a place to put the diapers... the bed linen and towels are clean, in fact that's the only thing that was clean. I think that nowadays such an apartment is shameful. You save for a whole year to go to the sea somewhere for a week, pay 60e and cry when you come and see what you paid for...
Dear guest, the house owners are unpleasantly surprised by your review and think that your rating of the accommodation is not realistic. The house owner and the Agency believe the price of the accommodation is in accordance with the quality and the equipment of the apartment. The mentioned height of the shower was visible in the photographs and no other guests complained about the air conditioning not being sufficient. The owner would like to point out that the apartment had been cleaned before your arrival and wishes you would have informed them if there were any issues. We are sorry you were not satisfied with your vacation and wish you to have a more pleasant experience in the future.
A great, calm, relaxing place. Beautiful sea view on a balcony, big quiet garden, clean apartments, friendly owner. Nearby there ate 2 food places with mussels, oysters and fish straight from the sea!
Very peaceful and clean accomodation nearby sea with panoramatic view from the balcony. Owners treated us like good friends and despite we were staying there with three dogs, they they didn't have any objection and even don't give us any restriction. Really good-hearted people. I recommend for everyone, who wants to experience pleasant and comfortable holiday.
Izvrsan apartman u potkrovlju za miran i opustajuci odmor. Slatka Oaza mira. Ugodan domacin.Kuca smjestena na lijepoj lokaciji. Rado bih se opet vratila...Smjestaj je za preporuciti.
