Great hospitable owners, excellent location
On the pages of booking.com, in the same ad, photos of several different apartments in the same building were published. Considering this fact, as well as the fact that two advertisements were published for the same object but with different prices, the client has no idea in which apartment he will stay, or which apartment he has chosen. I think it's not only booking.com's fault, but also your agency's. Second, from the moment I booked the accommodation until today, I received 18 email messages. What is too much is too much. Greeting
Na stranicama booking.com-a u istom oglasu su objavljene fotografije više različitih apartmana u istom objektu. Obzirom na tu činjenicu kao i na to da su bila objavljena dva oglasa za isti objekat ali sa različitim cijenama, to klijent nema pojma u kojem apartmanu će boraviti, odnosno koji apartman je izabrao. Mislim da to nije greška samo booking.com-a več i vaše agencije. Drugo, od trenutka bukiranja smještaja do danas primio sam 18 email poruka. Šta je previše, previše je. Pozdrav
