One bedroom apartment with terrace Orebić, Pelješac | A-264-c

The apartment is spacious and each room has its own bathroom, if you want to use the kitchen I would also equip it with a tablecloth and sponges to rinse the dishes, otherwise it is well stocked. We arrived in a very hot week and the apartment is equipped with ONLY ONE air conditioner positioned in the corridor which struggles to cool the whole apartment. The outdoor furniture on the terrace should be changed (broken sofa - old and chipped benches and outdoor table). The sheets they provided were a little small compared to the beds, but fortunately they weren't needed given the stifling heat. The chest of drawers in one of the rooms (exactly the one in the photo - it's not in the living room) would need to be fixed (two drawers broken). From home you can reach the beach on foot with a good walk (at least 10 minutes) so the car can stay parked. The lady who received us was kind and accommodated our requests. The rent is high compared to how the apartment is set up so I would suggest making some improvements.

L'appartamento è spazioso e ogni camera ha il suo bagno, se si vuole utilizzare la cucina lo doterei anche di una tovaglia e delle spugne per sciacquare i piatti per il resto è ben fornito. Siamo capitati in una settimana molto calda e l'appartamento è dotato di UN SOLO condizionatore posizionato nel corridoio che fa fatica a rinfrescare tutto l'appartamento. Andrebbe cambiato l'arredo esterno sul terrazzo (divanetto rotto - panche e tavolo esterno vecchie e scheggiate) . Le lenzuola che ci hanno fornito erano un pò piccole rispetto ai letti, ma fortunatamente non sono servite visto il caldo soffocante. Il cassettone presente in una delle stanze (esattamente quello in foto-non è nel salotto) sarebbe da aggiustare (due cassetti rotti).Da casa si può raggiungere la spiaggia a piedi con una bella camminata (almeno 10 minuti) quindi l'auto può rimanere parcheggiata. La signora che ci ha ricevuto è stata gentile e ha soddisfatto le nostre richieste. L'affitto è alto rispetto a come è messo l'appartametno quindi suggerireri di effettuare qualche miglioria.

We liked it very much. The beach is easily accessible, the owner Ivan very friendly! From the terrace you could see the sea and the rooms clean and new. What is very important: You could sleep well because it is very quiet in this part of Orebic. We were very satisfied.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Strand ist gut erreichbar, der Besitzer Ivan sehr freundlich! Von der Terrasse aus konnte man das Meer sehen und die Zimmer sauber und neu. Was sehr wichtig ist: Man konnte gut schlafen, weil es in diesem Teil von Orebic sehr ruhig ist. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

We chose the town of Orebic on the Peljesczak peninsula for our vacation and have never regretted it. Picturesque beaches with clear azure water, a calm sea, which is very suitable for families with children. The beaches are mostly pebble, with a rocky bottom, a beautiful underwater world. There is one large sandy beach of Trstenik, but the bottom there is also rocky. They lived in these apartments for six days with the whole family. I liked everything very much. Two rooms for 4 adults and 1 child. One of the rooms has a full kitchen with all the necessary utensils, a terrace with a table and views of the mountains and a bit of the sea:-) There is where to park the car. But most of all I liked the fact that the house is very friendly hosts. They speak English, they are always ready to help and suggest, or you can just talk about this:-) I highly recommend this place. We were in the midst of the season - in early August and there were a lot of people. Better to go at the beginning or end of the season.

Выбрали для своего отдыха городок Оребич на полуострове Пелещац и ни разу об этом не пожалели. Живописные пляжи с чистейшей лазурной водой, спокойное море, что очень подходит для отдыха с детишками. Пляжи в основном галечные, с каменистым дном, красивый подводный мир. Есть один большой песчаный пляж Трстеника, но дно там тоже каменистое. Жили в данных апартаментах шесть дней всей семьей. Все очень понравилось. Две комнаты на 4 взрослых и 1 ребенка. В одной из комнат есть полноценная кухня со всей необходимой утварью, терраса со столиком и видом на горы и немного на море:-) Есть где припарковать автомобиль. Но больше всего понравилось то, что в доме очень приветливые хозяева. Говорят на английском, всегда готовы помочь и подсказать, а можно просто поговорить о том о сём:-) Очень рекомендую это место. Мы были в разгар сезона - в начале августа и людей было очень много. Лучше ехать в начале или конце сезона.

The pictures from the site should be updated, to display the nice view. Only problem is that the aircon is located in the hallway, so that you need to leave the bedroom door open to benefit. thanks for a really nice stay, to our warm host, who by the way, served us some of her own well tasting wine.
