Beach Accommodation
The accommodation was full of ants, they got into our food, clothes and bed. There are also a lot of cobwebs and spiders inside, overall a very unclean feeling. The hosts just gave us some home-made spray to kill ants, saying that they are not responsible, they actually told us about it only after we discovered the problem ourselves and we told them about it...proactive information about the problem was missing. There is a washing machine in the accommodation, but the hosts wanted an extra 50 kn for each wash. And otherwise, we didn't get any compensation for those 5 days with the ants. It was definitely not worth the money.
Dear guests, the hosts would like to point out that they tried to address the issue once you informed them. They provided a bio ant repellent because they feared that a chemical one could harm your children and your dog. They also changed the bed sheets and cleaned the floors afterwards. We are sorry if you gave a bad review due to all the above and urge all our guests to contact us for support during their stay.
