Fantastic location, directly on the sea, with a wonderful view. Several terraces, own beach - flat and completely without sea urchins - also ideal for children. The house itself is partly dated, but is constantly being renovated and is clean and well maintained. Parking directly at the house. We had a fantastic holiday!

Traumhafte Lage, direkt am Meer, mit herrlicher Aussicht. Mehrere Terrassen, eigener Strand - flach und gänzlich ohne Seeigel - ideal auch für Kinder. Das Haus selbst ist teilweise veraltet, wird aber laufend renoviert und ist sauber und gepflegt. Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub!

Dangerous place for children as well as for adults. No fence, dirty and smelly in the quarters. Has a dozen or so photos. I warn everyone not to be deceived by a correct opinion. The resort needs a major renovation. A place with potential.

Miejsce niebezpieczne dla dzieci jak również dla dorosłych. Brak ogrodzenia, na kwaterze brudno, śmierdzącą.Dysponuje kilkunastoma zdjęciami. Przestrzegam wszystkich niech nie dadzą się zwieść poprawnym opinią. Ośrodek potrzebuje generalnego remontu. Miejsce z potencjałem.

Dear Travel Agency! The location of the apartment was excellent, it served our rest perfectly. Nevertheless, several problems arose: 1) The roll was provided with 2 rolls of toilet paper for 3 nights for 3 people. 2) The apartment provided 3 hand towels the size of 3 hand towels for 3 nights. 3) The bed linen was not changed after one week, despite the fact that it was done during our previous holidays in Croatia, regardless of price category. 4) I could only report the above problems to the owner by phone, however, the provision of towels and toilet paper could only have been provided by a personal appearance, however, the owner never appeared in the apartment during our stay, asking if we needed anything. 5) In addition to the above, in the second half of our holiday, we stayed completely alone in the apartment building. This is important because before we left we asked you for help on whether it was possible to extend our stay. My request was rejected once on the basis of our telephone conversation and on the other hand by e-mail. "I have contacted the owner regarding your request, however, due to the occupancy of the accommodation, there is no possibility to extend the stay by one day." In their rejection letter, the owner’s justification was not in line with our personal experience. Based on the above, I feel the price of the apartment is 70 EUR per night. Tisztelt Utazási Iroda! Az appartman elhelyezkedése kiváló volt, a pihenésünket kiválóan szolgálta. Ennek ellenére azonban több probléma is felmerült: 1) Az appartmanban 11 éjszakára, 3 fő részére 2 tekercs toilette papirt biztosítottak. 2) Az appartmanban 11 éjszakára, 3 fő részére 3 kéztörlő méretű törölközöt biztosítottak. 3) Az ágynemű egy hét után nem került kicserélésere, annak ellenére, hogy ez a korábbi horvátországi nyaralásaink során, árkategóriától függetlenül megtörtént. 4) A tulajdonos részére a fenti problémákat csak telefonon tudtam volna jelenzni, azonban a törölközö és toilett papír biztosítása csak személyes megjelenéssel lett volna biztosítható, azonban a tulajdonos az ottlétunk alatt egyszer sem jelent meg az appartmanban, megkérdezve, hogy szükségünk van-e valamire. 5) A fentieken túlmenően, a nyaralásunk második felében, az apartman épületében teljesen egyedül tartózkodtunk. Ez azért fontos, mert az elutazásunk előtt abban kértünk önöktől segítséget, hogy van-e lehetőség a tartózkodásunkat meghosszabítani. E kérésemet egyszer telefonos beszélgetésünk alapján, másrészt elektronikus levélben is elutasították. "Felvettem a kapcsolatot a tulajdonossal a kérésével kapcsolatosan, azonban a szálláshely foglaltsága miatt nincs lehetőség arra, hogy egy nappal meghosszabbítsák a tartózkodást." Az elutasító levelükben a tulajdonos indoklása nem volt összhangban a személyes tapasztalatunkkal. A fentiek alapján az appartman éjszakánkénti 70 EUR árát túlzónak érzem. Old but clean accommodation in a fantastic location. If there were ornamental plants and flowers instead of weeds in the beds designed for the plants, it would improve your judgment a lot, and it would be worthwhile to provide the large terrace with a few shades.

Öreg, de tiszta szálláshely, fantasztikus helyszínen. Ha a növényeknek kialakított ágyásokban gaz helyett dísznövények és virágok lennének, sokat javítana a megítélésén, továbbá a nagy teraszt pár árnyékolóval érdemes lenne ellátni.
