This was a fantastic stay at a beautiful 19th century house, with wonderful stone floor on the ground floor and a terrific view on the sea from the terrace - which invites to stay there in the morning and the evenings. A great place and all worked very well.

My friends and I enjoyed the house in Povlja and everything it has to offer for seven days. And it offers a lot. From the excellent combination of traditional and modern decoration, phenomenal sea view from the spacious and wonderful terrace, fully equipped kitchen with access to the back terrace covered with grapes, to comfortable beds and silence that improves sleep. Ah yes, walking with bare feet on old stone slabs is a special experience! 😊 In short, we fell in love with the house. Maybe the way to and from the sea would be demanding due to the location on the hill and the ascent, but we saw the return to the house as a well-deserved reward that is best consumed on the terrace, with a glass of wine, meze and a view into the distance. 😉 Viganj is a small place, everyone can find something for themselves, ideal for surfers and day trips to Korčula. Communication with the owner was good and simple, just as it should be. Ljubo, like a real good host, welcomed us and saw us off, and we also received homemade products as a special sign of attention and a souvenir from Vignjo.

Moji prijatelji i ja smo sedam dana uživali u kući u Povlji i u svemu što ona pruža. A pruža mnogo toga. Od odličnog spoja tradicionalnog i modernog uređenja, fenomenalnog pogleda na more sa prostrane i divne terase, potpuno opremljene kuhinje sa izlazom na stražnju terasu prekrivenu grožđem, do udobnih kreveta i tišine koja popravlja san. Ah da, hodanje bosim stopalima po starim kamenim pločama je poseban doživljaj! 😊 Kratko rečeno, zaljubili smo se u kuću. Možda bi nekom put do i od mora bio zahtevan zbog položaja na brdu i uspona, ali mi smo povratak u kuću doživljavali kao zasluženu nagradu koja se najbolje konzumira na terasi, uz čašu vina, meze i pogled u daljinu. 😉 Viganj je malo mesto, svako može naći nešto za sebe, idealno za surfere i dnevne izlete do Korčule. Komunikacija sa vlasnikom je bila dobra i jednostavna, baš kako treba. Ljubo nas je, kao pravi dobar domaćin, dočekao i ispratio, a još smo dobili i domaće proizvode kao poseban znak pažnje i suvenir iz Vignja.

Very good location with a great view! The house is practically furnished and everything you need is there. The grill mentioned in the description of the object is now available. Two beautiful new bathrooms and a large terrace complete the whole. The only thing that should be exchanged are the old (optically beautiful) but getting old wardrobes. These were difficult to access and, for our taste, too "musty" places to put away the fresh laundry. All in all, but for a quiet holiday is very recommendable! Hosts very friendly and concerned about the well-being of the guests.

Sehr gute Lage mit top Ausblick!! Haus ist praktisch eingerichtet und alles da was man benötigt. Auch der in der Beschreibung des Objektes genannte Grill ist nun vorhanden. Zwei schöne neue Bäder sowie eine große Terrasse runden das ganze ab. Das einzige was ggf getauscht werden sollte sind die alten (optisch schönen) aber in die Jahre gekommen Kleiderschränke. Diese waren schwer gängig und und für unseren Geschmack zu "muffigen" Orte um dort die frische Wäsche zu verräumen. Alles in n allem aber für einen ruhigen Urlaub isehr zu empfehlen!! Gastgeber sehr freundlich und um das Wohl der Gäste bemüht.

Charming old house renovated and decorated "vintage". The view of the island of Korkula is magnificent! No direct access to the sea or to shops on foot, but the town of Orebic is a few minutes by car.

Charmante vieille maison rénovée et décorée « vintage ». La vue sur l’île de Korkula est magnifique ! Pas d’accès direct à la mer ou à des commerces à pied mais la ville d’Orebic est à quelques minutes en voiture.

We highly recommend it. This place made us fall in love with Peljesac even more. A truly cinematic atmosphere, great location, nice owners 🥰👍🏻

Serdecznie polecamy. To miejsce sprawiło, ze jeszcze mocniej zakochaliśmy się w Peljesacu. Klimat iście filmowy, świetna lokalizacja, mili właściciele 🥰👍🏻

A house with a beautiful terrace overlooking the island of Korčula. From the top you can watch the surfers. The house is old and has charm. Some things have to be renovated (bathroom). Very well equipped, if relatively dark kitchen. In the place you can walk, it's just cumbersome up. In any case, you have your peace!

Ein Haus mit herrlicher Terrasse mit Blick auf die Insel Korčula. Von oben kann man den Surfern zusehen. Das Haus ist alt und hat Charme. Einiges müsste schon renoviert werden (Bad). Sehr gut ausgestattete, wenn auch relativ dunkle Küche. In den Ort kann man laufen, hinauf ist es halt beschwerlich. Auf jeden Fall hat man seine Ruhe!
