Three bedroom apartment with terrace and sea view Ražanj, Rogoznica | A-4322-a

Apartment very well located above a small quiet cove. Restaurants and small supermarket within walking distance and swimming platform with ladder located 50m from the house. Large town (Rogoznica about 1/4 hour away). The area is very quiet and the general atmosphere relaxing. The 3 bedrooms are spacious (bedding a little soft, personal opinion). Only one bathroom and only one air conditioning (extra charge) for the 3 bedrooms, it's a bit tight, but in the end by leaving the bedroom doors open we still slept very well and the holiday shower does not last an hour when we have spent a good part of the day in the crystal clear water of the cove located 50m below. Very positive assessment, not much to complain about apart from these details.

Appartement très bien situé au dessus d'une petite crique tranquille. Restaurants et petite supérette accessibles à pied et plateforme de baignade avec échelle située à 50m de la maison. Grande ville (Rogoznica à 1/4 d'h environ). Le quartier est très calme et l'ambiance générale reposante. Les 3 chambres sont spacieuses (literie un peu molle, avis personnel). Une seule salle de bain et une seul clim (payante en surplus) pour les 3 chambres, ça fait un peu juste, mais au final en laissant les portes des chambres ouvertes nous avons quand même très bien dormi et la douche de vacances ne dure pas une heure quand on a passé une bonne partie de la journée dans l'eau cristalline de la crique située 50m plus bas. Bilan très positif, pas grand chose à redire à part ces détails.

Very nice hosts who are always helpful. Problems are solved immediately. Absolutely well located, apartment very clean and well maintained. Beautiful well-kept garden. Sehr nette Gastgeber, die immer hilfsbereit sind. Problemchen werden umgehend geöst. Absolut gut gelegen, Wohnung sehr sauber und gepflegt. Schöner gepflegter Garten. Einzig im Bad müsste ein wenig Hand angelegt werden. Wir kommen hier gerne wieder. Jederzeit. Viele Grüße aus Nürnberg S. Hahn

New, comfortable, well-equipped apartment, large terrace with beautiful sea view. Quiet environment. Location close to many tourist sites. Possibility to access very pretty beaches within 30 minutes by car (we did not test the beach just below the apartment) Very kind and accommodating owner In summary, we had an excellent stay in this apartment

Possibilité d'accéder à de très jolis plages à moins de 30,minutes de voiture (nous n'avons pas tester la plage juste en dessous de l'appartement) Propriétaire très gentille et arrangeante En résumé, nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement
