Two bedroom apartment with terrace Rogoznica | A-4313-a

The apartment is wonderfully located, very close to a beautiful beach with restaurants. For undemanding people, not too big, not very clean, well-equipped, nothing was missing. A nice terrace where we spent a lot of time, a very nice and helpful host. We found our stay very successful, Thank you.

Apartament położony rewelacyjnie , bardzo blisko do pięknej plaży z restauracjami. Dla nie wymagających osób nie za duży , niezbyt czysto, wyposażony dobrze nic nam nie brakowało. Przyjemny taras na którym miło spędzaliśmy czas, Bardzo miły i uczynny gospodarz. Pobyt uważamy za bardzo udany, Dziękujemy.

My girlfriend and I stayed at the property for a week and found it perfect for a relaxing holiday in Rogoznica. The location is great too, the supermarket is only 10 minutes away and the beach only 2 minutes. The landlord is also very nice.:)

Meine Freundin und ich haben eine Woche in der Unterkunft verbracht und fanden es perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub in Rogoznica. Die Lage ist auch super, der Supermarkt ist nur 10 Minuten entfernt und der Strand nur 2 Minuten. Auch der Vermieter ist mega lieb.:)

We have spent nearly two beautiful weeks in your holiday apartment and all I can say is that everything was just right and we love it there. We were three families and had apartments a, b, c. Accommodation can be assessed positively, we were satisfied. Place corresponded photos, even I think it was somewhere else photographed old bathroom, but in fact it is already renovated. Since we were even with young children, the proximity to the beach was happy. The town that was a little further, but in the evening we were walking in the city were cool for 10 -15 min. However, we are disappointed home. The apartment house lived with us as parents and their landlord approach us quite by surprise. At the outset, our landlady banned throw diapers into the garbage because they stink. They were with us two kids aged about 1.5 years, so I do not know how it was Mrs. Supposedly we throw them somewhere in town. This is probably so that the vece walk to go well with a package of diapers? Dlaší thing that impede us was that our home at midnight gave always made it clear that it is time to go to sleep (we applauded the window, where we went out at the yard light). I note that we have behaved decently up and we did not do noise - but there were small children with us, we did not want to wake up! But what we have various people and we are left to spoil your holiday. One thing is certain, in this house have to be sure we come. : Smile:

Boli sme tri rodiny a mali sme apartmány a,b,c. Ubytovanie môžem hodnotiť pozitívne, boli sme spokojní. Miesto zodpovedalo fotografiám, dokonca myslím, že niekde bola ešte odfotená stará kúpeľňa, ale v skutočnosti je už zrekonštruovaná. Kedže sme boli aj s malými deťmi, malá vzdialenosť na pláž potešila. Do mesta to bolo trošku ďalej, ale v rámci večernej vychádzky sme sa v pohode do centra dostali za 10 -15 min. Sklamali nás však domáci. V apartmánovom dome bývali s nami aj rodičia prenajímateľa a ich prístup nás dosť zaskočil. Hneď na úvod nám pani domáca zakázala vyhadzovať plienky do komunálneho odpadu, pretože smrdia. Boli s nami dve detičky vo veku asi 1,5 roka, takže neviem ako si to pani predstavovala. Vraj ich máme vyhadzovať niekde v meste. To asi tak, že na večenú prechádzku treba ísť aj s balíčkom plienok? Ďlašia vec, ktorá nám prekážala bola skutočnosť, že domáci nám o polnoci dali vždy jasne najavo, že je čas ísť spať (tlieskali nám z okna, prípadne nám rovno zhasli na dvore svetlo). Podotýkam, že sme sa správali maximálne slušne a nerobili sme hluk - však tam boli s nami malé deti, ktoré sme nechceli zobudiť! Ale čo už ľudia sme rôzni a my sme si dovolenku pokaziť nenechali. Jedno je však isté, do tohto domu už pre istotu neprídeme.:smile:
