The apartment looks exactly like in the photos, not far from the beach (10 minutes walk), the 'center' with restaurants also at the same distance. The disadvantages that we noticed during the stay: 1) complete lack of communication in English with the owners - the biggest disadvantage, we learned more from the waiters than from the owners of the facility. 2) the actual state of the kitchen assortment (we recommend taking some of your assortment, i.e. cutlery, frying pan, etc.): a) one teaspoon (2 forks, a few knives and spoons) b) a damaged, unusable frying pan (we recommend taking your own, without it hard to survive) 3) the actual condition of the bathroom: a) old, neglected, damaged and leaking shower tray (after a shower, the bathroom was simply in the water) b) a mirror at a very high height - I will mention that it is the ONLY mirror in the apartment c) very weak lighting and, additionally, a light switch above the mirror, about 2m high d) NO dryer - the owner was surprised that we ask for it, I will mention that the OFFER includes a hair dryer and IRON, which was also not there, the owner did not have her own - ordinary we felt ripped off in terms of offer vs real. Advantages: 1) a large, comfortable double bed 2) a large terrace with a sea view (the view is still there if the neighbor opposite finishes the floor, the view will only be on the walls of the house) 3) working air conditioning (necessity for Croatian nights) For people with small requirements, we recommend, we will definitely not return there due to the sign language conversations with the owners.

Apartament wygląda dokładnie jak na zdjęciach, niedaleko od plaży (10 minut pieszo), 'centrum' z restauracjami również w takiej samej odległości. Wady które zauważyliśmy podczas pobytu: 1) kompletny brak komunikacji w języku angielskim z właścicielami - największy minus, więcej dowiedzieliśmy się od kelnerów niż od właścicieli obiektu. 2) stan faktyczny asortymentu kuchennego (polecamy wziąć trochę swojego asortymentu tj. sztućce, patelnia etc.): a) jedna łyżeczka (2 widelce, kilka noży i łyżek) b) zniszczona, nienadająca się do użytku patelnia (polecamy zabrać swoją, bez tego ciężko przeżyć) 3) stan faktyczny łazienki: a) brodzik stary, zaniedbany, uszkodzony i przeciekający (po prysznicu łazienka była po prostu w wodzie) b) lustro na bardzo dużej wysokości - nadmienię, że jest to JEDYNE lustro w apartamencie c) bardzo słabe oświetlenie i dodatkowo włącznik światła nad lustrem wysokość jakieś 2m d) BRAK suszarki - właścicielka była zdziwiona, że prosimy o nią, nadmienię, że w OFERCIE znajduje się suszarka do włosów oraz ŻELAZKO którego również nie było, właścicielka nie miała, ma jedynie swoje - zwyczajne poczuliśmy się oszukani pod względem oferta vs real. Zalety: 1) duże, wygodne łóżko małżeńskie 2) duży taras z widokiem na morze (widok jeszcze jest, jeśli sąsiad z naprzeciwka wykończy piętro, widok będzie jedynie na ściany domu) 3) działająca klimatyzacja (niezbędnik na chorwackie noce) Dla osób z niewielkimi wymaganiami, polecamy, my na pewno tam nie wrócimy ze względu na rozmowy w języku migowym z właścicielami.

The accommodation was clean and spacious, we could comfortably accommodate 2 children. The place is quiet and peaceful. The host's son speaks English, so we were able to communicate with him if we had any questions. What I really liked was that our apartment had a huge balcony overlooking the sea. I would gladly recommend this accommodation.<3

A szállás tiszta volt és tágas, jól elfértünk 2 gyerekkel. A hely csendes, nyugodt. A vendéglátó fia beszél angolul, így vele tudtunk kommunikálni, ha kérdésünk volt. Ami nagyon tetszett, hogy hatalmas erkély tartozott az apartmanunkhoz, mely a tengerre néz. Szívesen ajánlom ezt a szállást.<3
