The apartment is located in a quiet location near the sea, but it is poorly maintained and hygienically at the limit of acceptable (on arrival greasy/dirty oven, dirty dishes, greasy tiles or joints between tiles in the kitchen, etc.). We were not allowed to use the barbecue "due to the risk of fire" (although they were normally used in other accommodation nearby). Maybe the reason was that the branches of greenery on the terrace were growing into the very chimney of the fire... The apartment does not have air conditioning or mosquito nets. Otherwise, it is not stated on the page that this apartment should contain it, but anyway - in 2022, marketing an apartment at sea without air conditioning is like selling a new car with a cassette radio... Unfortunately, because the apartment itself has great potential and a little effort and input can be arranged into something completely different... The owner or the owner is otherwise extremely friendly and helpful. The settlement is small, without many opportunities for walking. There is no shop, bar or restaurant nearby, not even a coffee or refreshment machine. So, it's a really quiet village, which we also like, but the fact that you can't even take the children for ice cream (or go for coffee/beer...), is still a big handicap... The coast is wild with a beautiful sandy bay (5 minutes away from the small pier in the center of the village), which unfortunately is not maintained (flooded garbage, no trash cans or other infrastructure), but there are pleasant corners under the pine trees among the rocks, where one can retreat, which is another special plus, if you are traveling with a pet. The water is one of the cleanest we have seen so far on the Adriatic. Bottom line - mixed feelings, mainly due to disappointment regarding untapped potentials...

Apartma je lociran na mirni lokaciji blizu morja, vendar pa je slabo vzdrževan in higiensko na meji sprejemljivega (ob prihodu mastna/umazana pečica, umazana posoda, zamaščene ploščice oz. fuge med ploščicami v kuhinji ipd.). Uporaba žara nam ni bila omogočena "zaradi nevarnosti požara" (čeprav jih so v drugih nastanitvah v bližini normalno koristili). Mogoče je bil razlog ta, da se v sam dimnik požara zarašča vejevje ozelenitve na terasi...Apartma nima klime niti komarnikov. Sicer na strani tudi ni navedeno, da bi naj to apartma vseboval, pa vseeno- v letu 2022 tržiti apartma na morju brez klime je kot prodajati nov avtomobil z radijem na kasete... Žal, ker ima sam apartma velik potencial in se ga z malo truda in vložka lahko uredi v nekaj povsem drugega... Lastnik oz. lastnica sicer izredno prijazna in ustrežljiva. Naselje je majhno, brez veliko možnosti za sprehajanje. V bližini ni ne trgovine, ne bara ali restavracije, niti kakšnega avtomata za kavo ali okrepčilo. Torej, res mirno naselje, kar je sicer tudi nam všeč, da pa ne moreš otrok peljati niti na sladoled (ali iti na kavo/pivo...), pa je vseeno velik hendikep... Obala divja z lepim peščenim zalivom (5 minut oddaljen od manjšega pristana v središču naselja), ki pa na žalost ni vzdrževan (naplavnjene smeti, brez košev za smeti ali druge infrastrukture), se pa med skalami pod borovci najde prijetne kotičke, kamor se človek umakne, kar je še poseben plus, v kolikor potujete s hišnim ljubljenškom. Voda ena čistejših, kar smo jih do sedaj videli na Jadranu. Pod črto- mešani občutki, predvsem zaradi razočaranja glede neizkoriščenih potencialov...

The hostess is very nice, friendly and caring. Accommodation spacious, two terraces, negotiating the sea. Peace and quiet. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, a new refrigerator. we liked, the only thing I would point out is the mess around the house.But we used to not notice it.In the garden there is a shower;) Swimming in the sea great, suitable for children.Under accommodation and a short walk to the second beautiful bay.We really They enjoyed it here. The nearby town of Grohote has an excellent restaurant, a small market with fruit, vegetables and seafood:) You can buy there well, everything you need<3

Paní domácí velmi milá ,přátelská a starostlivá.Ubytovani prostorné,dvě terasy,jedná s výhledem na moře.Klid a pohoda.Kuchyn je zařízená vším potřebným,nová lednice.Na terase je sezení a houpací lavice a lehátko.Vyborne k polednímu odpočinku.Vše se nám líbilo,jediné co bych vytkla je nepořádek kolem domu.Ale zvykli jsme si to nevnimat.Na zahradě je sprcha ;) Koupání v moři super,vhodné i pro děti.Pod ubytováním a kousek po cestě k druhé krásné zátoce.Moc jsme si to zde užili.Blizke městečko Grohote má výbornou restauraci,malou tržnici s ovocem,zeleninou i mořskými živočichy :) Dobře si tam nakoupíte,vše co je potreba<3
