Three bedroom apartment with balcony and sea view Podstrana, Split | A-17053-b

The apartment was nicely designed, the rooms were clean, but it had minor flaws, we cleaned the clogged drains in both bathrooms ourselves with a cleaner, the kettle was clogged with limescale, the ironing board and iron that was originally on offer was missing, although the chairs on the balcony had a shorter leg, internet very slow, so we were on dates, 6 of the original five arrived, according to Adriatic.hr the price of the apartment was supposed to be the same for 4-6 people, but the hostess still demanded to pay extra for the sixth person, which we refused and only after an agreement with Adriatic. hr the landlady calmed down. We tried in vain to explain to her that the husband would not be there for the whole stay anyway, in the end the son was not there for half of the stay, so there were four of us, but the hostess made the beginning of the vacation very unpleasant for us. Otherwise the beach really close, the only problem for the elderly was to cross the busy street which was half way and led towards Split. The TOMMY shop was a short walk from the apartment. We were satisfied except for the bad start.

Apartmán pěkně řešený, pokoje čisté, ale měl drobné nedostatky, ucpané odtoky v obou koupelnách jsme si sami čističem protáhli, varná konvice zanesená vodním kamenem, chybělo žehlicí prkno i s žehličkou, které bylo původně v nabídce, ě židličky na balkoně měly kratší nohu, internet velmi pomalý, takže jsme byli na datech, přijelo nás 6 z původních pěti, podle Adriatic.hr cena apartmánu měla být stejná pro 4-6 osob, ale domácí stále požadovala doplatit šestou osobu, což jsme odmítli a až po domluvě s Adriatic. hr se paní domácí uklidnila. Marně jsme jí chtěli vysvětlit, že manžel tam stejně nebude celý pobyt, nakonec tam nebyl od poloviny i syn, takže jsme byli ve čtyřech, ale začátek dovolené nám paní domácí velmi znepříjemnila. Jinak pláž opravdu blízko, jediný problém pro starší osoby byl přejít rušnou ulici, která byla v polovině cesty a vedla směrem na Split. TOMMY obchod byl kousek od apartmánu. Až na nevydařený začátek jsme byli spokojení.

The apartment is fully equipped, very close to the beach and without stairs:-) the hostess is very nice and helpful. I highly recommend!

Apartament w pełni wyposażony, do plaży bliziutko i bez schodów:-) gospodyni bardzo miła i pomocna. Bardzo polecam!

The kitchen in the studio needs to be finished. Electricity lines, blinded wires from the wall, moving electricity. plugs. A retractable roller blind for the balcony would also be nice. The air conditioning was great. The landlady was great and we thank her for the tomatoes and wine. The price could be lower. For a similar price in an apartment of the same size and better quality, we were accommodated right on the beach. But we didn't mind the walk to the beach.

Ve studiu je potřeba dodělat kuchyň. Vedení elektřiny, zaslepené dráty ze zdi, hýbající se el. zásuvky. Také by byla fajn výsuvná roleta na balkón. Klimatizace byla super. Paní domácí byla prima a děkujeme ji za rajčata a víno. Cena by mohla být nižší. Za podobnou cenu ve stejné velikosti apartmánu a kvalitněji zařízeném jsme byli ubytováni přímo na pláži. Procházka na pláž nám, ale nevadila.
