The holiday apartment is beautifully located in a quiet alley on a hill. Unfortunately, the apartment itself looks as if little has changed since the death of its original resident. Too much stuff, too many knick-knacks, too much of grandma. You can hardly move because everything is full. The bathroom, however, is tiny. Less would be more, also in terms of pricing. The price level of these and other apartments in the area cannot be justified with the introduction of the euro and in the future will mean that we will only visit this mercilessly overrun city while passing through and will no longer stay overnight.

Die Ferienwohnung ist schön in einer ruhigen Gasse auf einer Anhöhe gelegen. Leider wirkt die Wohnung selbst, als ob man seit dem Tod ihrer ursprünglichen Bewohnerin kaum etwas verändert habe. Zu viel Kram, zu viel Nippes, zu viel von Oma. Man kann sich kaum bewegen, da alles vollgestellt ist. Das Bad ist hingegen winzig. Weniger wäre mehr, auch in der Preisgestaltung. Das Preisniveau dieser, aber auch anderer Wohnungen in der Gegend lässt sich auch mit der Einführung des Euro nicht rechtfertigen und wird in Zukunft dazu führen, dass wir diese gnadenlos überrannte Stadt nur noch auf der Durchfahrt besuchen und nicht mehr über Nacht bleiben werden.
