One bedroom apartment near beach Poljica, Trogir | A-10353-b

Very good place. Owner is very nice. They kept asking if everything was okay. We were the only ones on the beach and it is really close to 30m.

Nagyon jó hely. Tulajdonos nagyon kedves. Folyamatosan érdeklődtek minden rendben van e. A parton csak mi voltunk és valóban közel van 30m re.

The apartment is small, but since it was only for sleeping, it fits. The road is very dangerous with small children because no one sticks to the speed limit. The beach, on the other hand, is very beautiful. The worst thing was the landlord, who was very unfriendly upon arrival and asked for more than we had written. Since we had the nerve to use the air conditioning (only in the evening) it was really nice. My husband was verbally abused as we walked back down to the beach after going up to eat lunch My towel was thrown back even though everything else was empty and I think the daughter in law was sitting there. When I sat down anyway on the rest of my towel, she started to tease me because I didn't let myself be provoked, she almost belched in my face a few more times, when I smiled at that, she then got up and left. On the day of our departure I threw them a friendly goodbye to which he necessarily replied ciao. We weren't in the car yet, he and his daughter, armed with Hady, started into the apartment. We cleaned everything. Bedding pulled off, towels put together were no longer clean because, as we expected, nothing fresh was available after 7 days. Sorry for the long text, but we have been going to Croatia for 24 years and everything has always been great so far.

Das Apartment ist klein, aber da es nur zum Schlafen gedacht war passt es. Die Straße ist mit kleinen Kindern sehr gefährlich da sich keiner an die Geschwindigkeits Begrenzung hält. Der Strand wiederum ist sehr schön. Am schlimmsten war der Vermieter der schon bei der Ankunft sehr unfreundlich war ,mehr verlangt hat als wir es schriftlich hatten. Da wir die Frechheit besaßen die Klimaanlage auch zu benutzen (erst am Abend) wurde es erst richtig nett. Mein Mann wurde beschimpft, als wir nachdem wir Mittags raufgingen, um etwas zu essen, wieder zum Strand runtergehen war Mein Handtuch zurück geworfen obwohl sonst alles leer war und ich glaube die Schwiegertochter saß da. Als ich trotzdem auf dem Rest meines Handtuches platz nahm fing sie an mich zu verarschen, da ich mich nicht provozieren ließ rülpste sie mir noch ein paar mal fast ins Gesicht, als ich darauf lächelte stand sie dann auf und ging. Am Tag unserer Abreise warf ich ihnen noch ein freundliches Tschüß zu worauf er notgedrungen ciao entgegnete. Wir waren noch nicht im Auto er startete mit seiner Tochter mit Hady bewaffnet ins Apartment. Wir haben alles alles sauber gemacht. Bettwäsche abgezogen, Handtücher zusammen gelegt waren halt nicht mehr sauber da wie wir es uns erwartet haben nach 7 Tagen nichts frisches zu Verfügung stand. Sorry für den langen Text aber wir fahren seit 24 Jahren nach Kroatien und bis jetzt war immer alles super.

Apartment on the ground floor is very modest, the picture looks much larger than it actually is. Beaches in the area and in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation are excellent. I recommend especially compared to the beach, 3 km away in Marine. Landlord, Mirko Jakus is a very nice person, polite, empathetic, pleasant gentleman who quite reasonably communicate in Czech language. Regarding the location of the apartment, so that I have most objections, as it is located on the Adriatic Highway where heavy traffic cancels stay.

Apartmán na prízemí je veľmi skromný, na foto vyzerá oveľa väčší ako v skutočnosti je. Pláže v okolí aj v bezprostrednej blízkosti ubytovania sú vynikajúce. Doporučujem najmä pláž oproti, vzdialenú 3 km v Marine. Domáci pán, Mirko Jakus je veľmi milý človek, ochotný, empatický, príjemný pán, ktorý dosť obstojne komunikuje v českom jazyku. Čo sa týka umiestnenia apartmánu, tak tu mám najväčšie výhrady, nakoľko je umiestnený na Jadranskej magistrále kde hustá premávka ruší pobyt.
