Very nice accommodation, only 300 m to the beach. Ugljan center can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. Very friendly hosts. Sea view at 300 m. Perfect stay!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, nur 300 m bis zum Strand. Ugljan Zentrum in 15 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Blick aufs Meer in 300 m. Perfekter Aufenthalt!

The lady was extremely unfriendly. The drain was clogged in the shower on the first day. Fortunately, they had some kind of vacuum thing, so that I could empty the water after every shower. There are 3 closets in the apartment, but all 3 are full of owners and the thing is that I had to keep everything in a suitcase for 13 days. The suitcase is on the floor. There was no room anywhere. Mrčesa around as much as you say, because they had such trees occupied. The balcony is shared, made of concrete, and this is where the corpse fell, because it was probably never washed by hand. Cobwebs in the apartment as much as you want.:(

Gospa je bila izredno neprijazna. Odtok je bil že prvi dan zamašen v tušu. Še k sreči da so imeli neko vakuumsko zadevo,da sem lahko po vsakem tuširanju izpraznila vodo. V apartmaju so 3 omare, a vse 3 polne lastnikov in stvar, da sem morala imeti vse v kovčku 13 dni. Kovček pa na tleh. Ni bilo nikjer prostora. Mrčesa okoli kolikor češ,saj so imeli zasedena takšna drevesa. Balkon je skupni, betonski in tu se je padlo mrčesa, saj verjetno ni bil nikoli ročno pomit. Pajčevine v apartmaju kolikor hočeš.:(

Small but fully equipped apartment, great location and very nice owners. The only flaw is poor cleaning.

All I needed and wanted was arranged for me. Thank you all. The Internet works fast and seamlessly. The apartment is arranged. It has a beautiful view of the sea, surrounded by oaks, which gives the afternoon shade and a pleasant seating on the balcony. The first beach is a couple of minutes away. Pozdravljeni! Zelo sem bila zadovoljna z vsem; zadovoljna sem bila z vašo prijaznostjo in ker ste mi pomagali. Vaša referentka je bila zelo prijazna in se je zelo potrudila. Pomagala mi je, da sem dobila namestitev; tako glede ključev, ure prihoda, plačila. Res hvala. Lastnica, gospa Branka je zelo prijazna. Cela njena družina diha toplino in domačnost. Vse, kar sem potrebovala in želela, so mi uredili. Hvala vsem. Internet deluje hitro in brezhibno. Apartma je urejen. Ima lep pogled na morje, obdajajo ga hrasti, kar daje popoldanski hlad in prijetno sedenje na balkonu. Do prve plaže je par minut. Morda v prihodnosti kot investicija mreže proti komarjem - kar bo še povečalo udobnost bivanja. Cena namestitve je bila zelo ugodna. Meni je bilo super. Hvala vsem. Lana
