Dear guest, the house owner is surprised by your review, especially because you had no complaints during your stay. When you contacted him regarding the extra bed linen he arrived at the accommodation and showed you where the extra linen was stored. You confirmed that you have everything you need. The owner would like to point out that you had at your disposal 4 big pillows (each with its own pillow case) and additional smaller pillows for extra comfort. We are sorry that, despite the fact that owner provided you with everything you needed, you have decided to give this mediocre review.
