It is very warm in the apartment and noisy in the area, as the resort is in the center. There are many tourists and many of them are bells.:(

Nagyon meleg a lakás és zajos a környék, mivel a központban van a szállàs. Sok a turista és sokat harangoznak. :(

We rested here in June 2017 with a family with 2 children. I liked it very much, I recommend it. Good location in the center of the old part of Nin, a 10-minute walk from the sandy beach in the shallow bay. Ideal for children. In two blocks there is a shop with food and a tourist street with souvenirs. Of the shortcomings of the location, I can only note the proximity of the tower with the ancient clock, which beat the bell every hour. But who is accustomed to the domestic cuckoo clock is not a problem at all. We are used to the second day:) The apartment itself is very comfortable, three-room (studio-hall with a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a toilet). In front of the house there is a cozy playground with a table under a large tree, where we ate dinner every evening. There is also a place for the car. The only problem is mosquitoes, but the owner prudently left in all rooms fumigators with a stock for the whole week. The owner of the apartment speaks English and German, very kind and friendly, always in touch and ready to help. Thank you very much.

Отдыхали здесь в июне 2017 семьей с 2мя детьми. Очень понравилось, рекомендую. Хорошее расположение в центре старинной части города Нин, в 10 минутах ходьбы от песчаного пляжа в мелком заливе. Идеально для деток. В двух кварталах есть магазин с продуктами и туристическая улица с сувенирами. Из недостатков местоположения могу отметить только близость башни со старинными часами, которые отбивали в колокол каждый час. Но кто привык к домашним часам с кукушкой - то вообще не проблема. Мы привыкли на второй день :) Сама квартира очень удобная, трехкомнатная (зал-студия с хорошо оборудованной кухней, две спальни, уборная с ванной). Перед домом уютная площадка со столом под большим деревом, где мы семьей каждый вечер ужинали. Тут же и место для машины. Единственная проблема- комары, но хозяин предусмотрительно оставил во всех комнатах фумигаторы с запасом на всю неделю. Хозяин квартиры говорит на английском и немецком, очень добрый и приветливый, всегда на связи и готовый помочь. Спасибо ему большое.

The accommodation is perfect for families, small children or friends. Two separate bedrooms and a large living room with American kitchen. The accommodation is on the floor, with separate entrance. In the neighboring yard on the ground floor there are two smaller apartments, but not at all confusing. The terrace is in the yard, not very used, but 4 people can comfortably fit the table. The kitchen is very well equipped, all utensils and cutlery are available. In the kitchen there is no microwave, sometimes it is uncomfortable to heat something very quickly. There is no WIFI, but WIFI of the neighboring inn could be used. The cooler is medium sized, freezer small in size. The nets are spacious, the beds are comfortable. The apartment is clean, the equipment is new, bed linen and towels are not used, they are new. The apartment is located in the old town, next to the Two Married Tavern. The church is a few meters away. There is no beach on the beach, on foot approx. It was 10-15 minutes with the kids. You do not have to go far for the evening walks because everything is near, you can soon get home. The owner is not far away, if he needs anything he can soon reach. They can communicate with them in English and German.

A szállás családosoknak, kisgyerekeseknek, vagy baráti társaságnak tökéletes. Két különálló hálószoba és egy nagy nappali amerikai konyhával. A szállás emeleten van, külön bejárattal. A szomszéd udvaron a földszinten van két kisebb apartman, de egyáltalán nem zavaró. A terasz az udvaron van, nem is nagyon használtuk, de 4 személy kényelmesen elfér az asztalnál. A konyha nagyon jól felszerelt, minden edény és evőeszköz rendelkezésre áll. A konyhában nincs mikró, ezt néha kellemetlen ha valamit nagyon hamar kell melegíteni. WIFI nincs, de a szomszéd vendéglő WIFI-jét lehetett használni. A hűtő közepes nagyságú, fagyasztó kis méretű. A hálók tágasak, az ágyak kényelmesek. Az apartman tiszta, a berendezés új, az ágynemű és a törülköző nincs elhasználva, azok is újak. Az apartman az óvárosban van, a Két matróz vendéglő mellett. A templom néhány méterre van. A strand nincs mesze, gyalog kb. 10-15 percre volt a gyerekekkel. Az esti sétákra nem kell messze menni mert minden közel van, hamar haza lehet érni. A tulajdonos nem messze lakik, ha szükség van valamire akkor hamar elérherő. Angolul és németül lehet kommunikálni velük.
