You should not state that there is a microwave if there is not. We needlessly announced the arrival time in advance, no one cared. The housemates decided to do noisy work and disturb the guests.
Dear guests, the house owner and the Agency are sorry to hear that you didn't have a pleasant stay. We would just like to point out that you informed us that your arrival time would be around 10:00-12:00, even though the Agency sent you a voucher in which it is stated that the earliest possible check-in time is at 14:00. The house owner unfortunately wasn't able to make an exception and allow earlier check-in to your accommodation since there were previous guests leaving that morning and the accommodation had to be cleaned and prepared for your stay. The house owner would also like to say that they are sorry about the work that had to be carried out on the apartment adjacent to yours, but the repair was necessary and was carried out only during the first day of your stay, and in accordance with the day hours within the house rules. The Agency wishes that you have informed us that the accommodation was lacking a microwave, so that the house owner would have arranged for a new unit to be delivered to you. Both the Agency and the house owners wish you to have a more pleasant experience in your future stays.
It looks just like the original as in the pictures. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable apartment. The owner is super responsive and kind. Everything went as planned. Perhaps our best accommodation choice so far..
