One bedroom apartment with terrace Zadar - Diklo, Zadar | A-5809-a

We stayed in this accommodation for 10 sunny days at the beginning of September, which consists of the central apartment where the hostess lives and two side wings, each of which houses holiday apartments. Parking spaces are available on the fenced and video-monitored property. The holiday apartment offers everything you need for everyday holiday life, is clean and quiet. Check-in and check-out with the hostess were very uncomplicated. At the beginning she recommended some restaurants and supermarkets in the area. During our stay there was even a bowl of tomatoes fresh from the garden:hihi: If you value two separate duvets, you might have to talk to the hostess beforehand - the 2-person duvet was okay for us. The (pebble) beach (Plaža Pišokić) with clear water and 2 bars can be reached in just under 5 minutes on foot, as can a supermarket with fresh bread rolls (Studenac Market). The old town, i.e. the tourist center, is relatively far away - there are buses, but we did the route on foot in about an hour. The only thing that could be improved in the holiday apartment would be fly screens/nets on the windows so that you can ventilate at night without mosquito bites:)

Wir waren Anfang September für 10 sonnige Tage in dieser Unterkunft, die aus der mittig gelegenen Wohnung, in der die Gastgeberin wohnt, und zwei Seitenflügel in denen jeweils Ferienwohnungen untergebracht sind, besteht. Parkplätze sind auf dem eingezäunten und videoüberwachten Grundstück vorhanden. Die Ferienwohnung bietet alles, was man für den Urlaubsalltag benötigt, ist sauber und ruhig gelegen. Check-in und check-out mit der Gastgeberin waren sehr unkompliziert. Sie hat uns zu Beginn einige Restaurants und Supermärkte in der Umgebung empfohlen. Während unseres Aufenthalt gab es sogar eine Schüssel Tomaten frisch aus dem Garten :hihi: Falls man auf zwei separate Bettdecken wert legt, müsste man vielleicht vorher mit der Gastgeberin sprechen - für uns war die 2-Personen-Decke okay. Der (Kies-)strand (Plaža Pišokić) mit klarem Wasser und 2 Bars ist in knapp 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, ein Supermarkt mit frischen Brötchen (Studenac Market) ebenfalls. Die Altstadt, also das Touri-Zentrum, sind dafür relativ weit weg - es fahren wohl Busse, aber wir haben die Strecke in ca. 1h zu Fuß gemacht. Einzig verbesserungswürdig in der Ferienwohnung wären Fliegengitter/-netze an den Fenstern, um nachts ohne Mückenstiche lüften zu können:)

A very nice and clean apartment. The landlord was very helpful and always ready to recommend restaurants and places worth visiting in the area. The apartment has a very cosy terrace and garden. There is no washing machine but it was possible to ask the landlady to do the laundry for free. It is very close to the beach but not at the main street so it was quiet and perfect for a private chill-out on the terrace. I definitely recommend this apartment.
