GOOD CLEANING, EXCELLENT LOCATION, VERY QUIET AND PRIVATE. THE APARTMENT NEEDS SOME MAINTENANCE WORK (EX. SHOWER BOX LEAKING WATER)
The apartment is a complete disaster. It stank of damp, moldy things. The bed was full of blankets and everything stank. The owner of the apartment didn't want to do anything. The agency didn't want to help us. If I wanted to use another apartment I would have to pay the full price. So we had to stay in the apartment and clean like crazy. Normally the agency and the owner of the apartment have to pay me the money because I cleaned and aired the apartment. I won't recommend the apartment or the agency to anyone. One star is too much for the apartment.

Both the apartment and the garden were poorly maintained, it looked like there was a BBQ area from the photos but it was unusable, not really clean. The photos are very misleading
Excellent proximity to the sea 2 minutes and to the center of Fazana, as well as the parking space. Fresh and spacious apartment. We will be back!
Excellent location of the apartment close to the beach, restaurants and shops, we like to come back here every year.
