Nice apartment which however requires general renovation; bathroom with old sanitary fixtures, kitchen with insufficient boiler for washing dishes, mattresses in the bedroom to be replaced, old windows and doors, the awning is missing on the terrace.
Bell'appartamento che necessita però di ristrutturazione generale; bagno con sanitari vetusti, cucina con boiler insufficiente per lavaggio stoviglie, materassi della cameretta da sostituire, serramenti vetusti, sul terrazzo manca il tendone.
