Two bedroom apartment near beach Zambratija, Umag | A-7030-a

We stayed at the property for a week in September and really enjoyed it. The bathrooms are new and very nice, it was also very clean and everything you needed was in the kitchen. It's very quiet to sleep at night, it's only loud on the terrace during the day, but we were at the beach or somewhere out anyway. The landlady is very, very nice and helpful.:)

Wir waren eine Woche im September in der Unterkunft und haben es sehr genossen. Die Bäder sind neu und sehr schön, außerdem war es sehr sauber und alles was man benötigt, war in der Küche vorhanden. In der Nacht ist es sehr ruhig zum Schlafen, nur am Tag ist es auf der Terrasse laut, aber wir waren sowieso am Strand oder irgendwo auswärts. Die Vermieterin ist sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit.:)

Pros: We found the apartment very clean and fragrant. The owner was very nice and helpful. The beach is relatively clean, the water is clean and shallow at a long distance. Everything close: bakery, small shop, fast food, restaurant, etc. Close to Slovenia and Italy. On weekends, music for dancing on the main beach. Cons: Terribly busy street. Unfortunately, they are crazy about cars and quads during the day and night. There is no air conditioning in one bedroom and at night it's hard to sleep with the windows open (as someone is not used to living on the main street). There was no grill, as it says in the offer. Internet weak and frequent breaks. Despite these small inconveniences, we like it very much. I recommend this place 🙂.

Plusy: Mieszkanie zastaliśmy czysciutkie i pachnące. Właścicielka bardzo miła i pomocna. Plaża w miarę czysta, woda czysta i płytka na dużej odległości. Wszystko blisko: piekarnia, mały sklepik, fast food, restauracja itp. Blisko do Słowenii i Włoch. W weekendy muzyka do tańczenia na głównej plaży. Minusy: Strasznie ruchliwa ulica. Niestety w dzień i w nocy szaleją autami i quadami. W jednej sypialni nie ma klimatyzacji i w nocy ciężko jest spać przy otwartych oknach (jak ktoś nie jest przyzwyczajony do mieszkania przy głównej ulicy). Grila nie było, jak jest napisane w ofercie. Internet słaby i często przerywa. Pomimo tych małych niedogodności nam się bardzo podoba ło. Polecam to miejsce 🙂.

Close to the sea. Beaches and sand beach entrance. Parking place - OK, even for a long car, right next to the house. The house is located on a busy street (high noise and fumes). Danger when going to the beach because drivers don't watch pedestrians. Picture of the object is unfortunately not up-to-date - the release hump in front of the house is long ago dismantled ... The offer includes internet access, unfortunately WLAN from another house is available and the range only in front of the house on the terrace was quite good ..

Blisko do morza. Plaże i wejście do morza piaskowe. Miejsce parkingowe - OK , nawet dla długiego auto , tuż przy domu. Dom położony przy ruchliwej ulicy (duży hałas i spaliny). Niebezpieczeństwo podczas przechodzenia na plaże , gdyż kierowcy nie uważają na pieszych. Zdjęcie obiektu jest niestety nie aktualne - garb zwalniający przed domem jest już dawno zdemontowany... W ofercie jest podane dostęp do internetu, niestety WLAN z innego domu udostępniany i zasięg tylko przed domem na tarasie był w miarę dobry..
