Orderly, clean and well-equipped accommodation. The view of the sea is very nice. The owner was very kind, who waited for us at the specified time. We felt good, we would like to come again.

Rendezett tiszta és jól fel szerelt szállás.A kilátás a tengerre nagyon szép.Nagyon kedves volt a tulajdonos aki várt minket a megadott időpontban.Jól éreztük magunkat , máskor is szívesen jönnénk.

Excellent accommodation with a beautiful view of the sea from the balcony. Privacy secured, quiet location. Great evening entertainment, restaurants, cafes, music and cultural programs, souvenir shops, whether in Selce or Crikvenica, walk along the promenade. Access to the beach is excellent, only the way back is more strenuous, the apartment is higher from the sea - adults can handle it, children with effort. Near the Spar store. Secured parking in front of the building, but on the upper street, not below. There is no oven in the kitchen and no washing machine in the bathroom. There is a dryer for wet things on the terrace - excellent. We enjoyed a great vacation. It's great that every room has external blinds, the apartment doesn't overheat at all. I recommend accommodation.

Výborné ubytovanie s krásnym výhľadom z balkóna na more. Súkromie zabezpečené, pokojná lokalita. Večerné vyžitie skvelé, reštaurácie, kaviarne, hudobné a kultúrne programy, obchodíky so suvenírmi či v Selciach alebo v Crikvenici pešo po promenáde. Dostupnosť pláže výborná, len cesta späť namáhavejšia, apartmán je vyššie od mora - dospelý zvládne, deti s námahou. Blízko obchod Spar. Parkovanie zabezpečené pred objektom ale na hornej ulici, nie dole. V kuchyni nie je rúra na pečenie a v kúpeľni nie je pračka. Na terase je sušiak na mokré veci - výborné. Užili sme si výbornú dovolenku. Skvelé, že každá izba má vonkajšie rolety, apartmán sa vôbec neprehrieva. Odporúčam ubytovanie.

Unfortunately, I can't rate this holiday 5 *, but I'll start positively. The apartment is quite close to the sea, the equipment is newer than the picture shows, the place is quiet. The apartment is large and clean, there were towels, a modest kitchen and a large shower. BUT - Unfortunately, the air conditioning did not work from the beginning, which was very important for us (with three children). For the first few days, the temperature outside was around 35 degrees and the host (despite a few warnings) did nothing with the air conditioning and gave us advice on how to cool off in the sea. I wouldn't choose accommodation without air conditioning, so for this big inch down. In addition, there is only one air conditioning unit for such a large apartment in the living room, so it probably wouldn't be enough anyway. Another negatively evaluated thing is the terrace. We calculated that he would be outside the apartment, but there were a lot of stairs between the terrace and our apartment and the main door to the house (which was still locked by other guests at the behest of the landlord), so every sitting at the meal required a lot of effort. Unfortunately, I can not evaluate the host positively, because he was not willing to solve problems or help us when we were looking for a hospital, especially to withdraw money quickly ... The beach nearest accommodation is small, pebble (I recommend shoes in the water and come early in the morning, otherwise ), the sea was clean, easily accessible even for small children. In the morning you could find a place in the shade. Poli Mora beach is about 15 minutes walk from the apartment, it is a beautiful sandy beach, very suitable for children, there are restaurants and cafes, so it is possible to spend the whole day there. However, the beach is logically almost completely covered with parasols with sunbeds (fee 120 kuna), which are constantly occupied and in nice weather there is literally head to head, both on the beach and in the sea. But even so, we enjoyed our stay with her children, so I can more or less recommend it. The city offers plenty of restaurants and evening entertainment, there are several bakeries, close to large supermarkets. For us, however, the holiday was generally disappointing (accommodation and overcrowded beaches), so next time we will choose southern Croatia and islands.

Bohužel nemohu tuto dovolenou ohodnotit 5*, ale začnu kladně. Apartmán je poměrně blízko u moře, vybavení je novější, než ukazuje obrázek, místo je klidné. Byt je velký a čistý, k dispozici byly ručníky, skromně vybavená kuchyňka a velký sprchový kout. ALE - Bohužel od začátku nefungovala klimatizace, která pro nás (se třemi dětmi) byla velmi důležitá. Prvních pár dnů byla teplota venku okolo 35 stupňů a pan domácí (přes několik upozornění) s klimatizací nic neudělal a dával nám rady typu, ať se schladíme v moři. Ubytování bez klimatizace bych si nevybrala, takže za toto velký palec dolu. Klimatizační jednotka je navíc na tak velký apartmán pouze jedna, v obývacím pokoji, takže by nejspíše stejně nebyla dostatečná. Další negativně hodnocená věc je terasa. Počítali jsme, že bude mimo byt, ale mezi terasou a naším bytem byla spousta schodů a hlavní dveře do domu (které na pokyn pana domácího stále zamykali ostatní hosté), takže každé posezení u jídla vyžadovalo velké úsilí. Bohužel ani pana domácího nemohu hodnotit kladně, protože nebyl ochoten řešit problémy a ani nám pomoci, když jsme hledali nemocnici, hlavně rychle vybrat peníze... Pláž nejblíže ubytování je malá, oblázková (doporučuji boty do vody a přijít brzy ráno, jinak se nevejdete), moře bylo čisté, dobře přístupné i pro malé děti. Dopoledne se dalo najít i místo ve stínu. Pláž Poli Mora je vzdálená cca 15minut chůzí od apartmánu, je to nádherná písečná pláž, velmi vhodná pro děti, v místě jsou restaurace a kavárny, takže je možné tam strávit celý den. Pláž je však logicky téměř celá pokrytá slunečníky s lehátky (poplatek 120kuna), které jsou neustále zabrané a při hezkém počasí je tam doslova hlava na hlavě, a to jak na pláži, tak v moři. Ale i přesto jsme si pobyt na ní s dětmi užili, takže mohu víceméně doporučit. Město nabízí dostatek restaurací i večerní zábavu, je zde několik pekáren, v blízkosti velké supermarkety. Pro nás však celkově dovolená byla zklamáním (ubytování a přelidněné pláže), takže příště zase budeme volit spíše jižní Chorvatsko a ostrovy.

Komunikace opět bez sebemenšího problému, organizace též, nejbližší "pláž" byla jenom velice úzká, při přílivu zcela nedostačující, ale to není problém cestovní agentury. Jinak místo ubytování pěkné, apartmán rovněž velice slušný včetně domácích. Velice rádi bychom využili vašich služeb i v budoucnosti, a to již popáté.:) :)

Nice clean, high-quality accommodation, everything was as seen in the picture, the room has a wonderful sea view.:) The owner was very kind, direct, fluent communication. The beach and the center of the town are only a few minutes away, we liked the sandy-pebble beach, it is the farthest from the accommodation, but it is a comfortable walking distance and it is worth it because it is beautiful.:) Cute settlement, even if you do not move out of the village, you can not get bored, even in the evening there is a great life on the beach.:)

Szép tiszta, igényes szálláshely, minden megfelelt a képen látottaknak, a szobából csodás kilátás nyílik a tengerre.:) A tulajdonos nagyon kedves, közvetlen, gördülékeny volt vele a kommunikáció. A tengerpart és a település központja pár percre található, a homokos-apró kavicsos strand tetszett nekünk a legjobban, az van a legmesszebb a szállástól, de gyalog is kényelmesen megtehető táv, és megéri, mert gyönyörű.:) Aranyos település, akkor is kellemesen telik az idő, ha nem mozdul ki a településről az ember, nem lehet unatkozni, este is nagy élet van a parton.:)

Schönes Apartment mit einer tollen Terrasse und Markise. Meerblick und schöne Sonnenuntergänge. Wir haben uns dort wohlgefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder. Ein Lob an den Vermieter :)

We have been enjoying a very pleasant stay for the third year in a row. Wonderful sea views, reasonable comfort, proximity to beaches and the center make us very satisfied.

Veľmi príjemné ubytovanie využívame už tretí rok za sebou. Nádherný výhľad na more, primeraný komfort, blízkosť pláží a centra nás plne uspokojuje.
