Studio flat with air-conditioning Šmrika, Kraljevica | AS-15709-a

The accommodation was ideal for us. We really liked the wonderful quiet. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. The kitchen has everything except for an oven and so you can prepare small meals well. The view was wonderful, you can see the island of Krk and the sea. The nearest beach is less than 5 minutes by car. The landlords very friendly. We felt very comfortable and had a nice stay. We'd love to come back.:)

Die Unterkunft war für uns ideal. Die traumhafte Ruhe hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Apartment ist mit allem Ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Küche hat bis auf einen Backofen alles und somit kann man kleine Speisen gut zubereiten. Die Aussicht war wunderbar, man sieht die Insel Krk und das Meer. Mit dem Auto ist man in nicht mal 5 Minuten am nächsten Strand. Die Vermieter sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.:)

The stay was very nice. The dogs weren't a problem. From the garden you can see the sea and overall the hosts were very friendly and you had your peace. It was very nice!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Hunde waren kein Problem. Vom Garten aus, kann man das Meer sehen und insgesamt waren die Gastgeber sehr freundlich und man hatte aber seine Ruhe. Es war sehr schön!

Well furnished studio apartment. Kitchen corner with large fridge. It's not huge but it has everything you need. Beautiful garden with fireplace available. But above all the peace and tranquility of the place. Not really close to the beach but just a few minutes by car. We will for sure be back.

Monolocale ben arredato. Angolo cucina con ampio frigorifero. Non è grandissimo ma ha tutto quello che serve. Bello il giardino con caminetto a disposizione. Ma soprattutto la pace e la tranquillità del luogo. Non proprio vicino alla spiaggia ma bastano pochi minuti di auto. Di sicuro ci torneremo.

WHAT I LIKED: The apartment was not very big but it had all the necessary comforts to be able to give me a positive confirmation of the reservation. I really appreciated: the welcome from the owner, who turned out to be very sunny and helpful. The cleaning of the apartment. The bed, really comfortable. The bathroom, while small, had everything I needed. The air conditioning. The TV to watch Netflix, Prime Video, and other streaming services on. Parking adjacent to the apartment. Furthermore, the furnishing of the apartment was very nice. Great accommodation to spend days in Croatia! WHAT I DID NOT LIKE: The accommodation is well maintained and has many strengths but there are some points that I did not like: it is not easy to find the apartment, it would be necessary, in my opinion, to put a sign to warn where is the accommodation. You should have the possibility to communicate directly with the owner / or of the house so as to hear them directly if there are problems, such as, for example, getting to the apartment (or other problems) without always having to interface with the agency for each problematic. If there are more parking spaces, it is necessary to immediately understand which space is reserved for customer X or customer Y.

COSA MI è PIACIUTO: L'appartamento non era grandissimo ma presentava tutti i confort necessari per potermi dare un riscontro positivo della prenotazione. Ho apprezzato molto: l'accoglienza, da parte della proprietaria, che si è rivelata molto solare e disponibile. La pulizia dell'appartamento. Il letto, davvero comodo. Il bagno, seppur piccolo, aveva tutto quello di cui necessitavo. L'aria condizionata. La TV con cui guardare Netflix, Prime Video e altri servizi streaming. Il parcheggio adiacente all'appartamento. Inoltre, l'arredo dell'appartamento era molto curato. Ottimo alloggio per passare dei giorni in Croazia! COSA NON MI è PIACIUTO: L'alloggio è ben curato e ha molti punti di forza ma ci sono dei punti che non mi sono piaciuti: non è facile trovare l'appartamento, bisognerebbe, a mio avviso, mettere una segnaletica per avvisare dov'è l'alloggio. Si dovrebbe avere la possibilità di comunicare in modo diretto con la proprietaria/o di casa così da sentire loro direttamente se ci sono problemi, come ad esempio, arrivare all'appartamento (o altri problemi) senza dover interfacciarsi sempre con l'agenzia per ogni problematica. Se ci sono più posti auto bisogna capire subito quale posto è riservato al cliente X o al cliente Y.

The apartment was very cute and well equiped in a quiet environment. The host were very kind with us and allways looking for the details. The location was perfect to visit Rijeka and Krk Island. We had a great time there.

Very clean, everything perfect. We were allowed to share the garden, everything was great!

Sehr sauber, alles perfekt. Wir durften den Garten mitbenutzen, alles super!
