The apartment was tidy except for the bathroom, where traces of previous use were visible (uncleaned, greasy taps, dirty mirror, cobwebs...). The terrace has no shade, although it is shown differently in the pictures. We were denied complete privacy since the hostess was too often present. The biggest problem arises, two days after our departure, when the housekeeper sends us a message at 2:45 a.m. complaining that we have not made the payment even though it was made in full 10 days before arrival. I note that the message was rude and offensive, and the time of the message does not need to be commented on. Since the payment was made in full and on time, I believe that this very unpleasant situation should not have happened, and I hold you responsible for it, which is very unprofessional. All of the above is the reason why our stay in this facility was below expectations.

Apartman je bio uredan osim kupatila gdje su se vidjeli tragovi prethodnog korištenja (neočišćene, masne slavine, prljavo ogledalo, paučina...). Terasa nema hlada iako je na slikama drugačije prikazano. Bili smo uskraćeni za potpunu privatnost budući da je domaćica bila pre često prisutna. Najveći problem nastaje, dva dana nakon našeg odlaska, kada nam domaćica, u 2,45 h po noći, šalje poruku s prigovorom da nismo izvršili plaćanje iako je isto izvršeno u cijelosti 10 dana prije dolaska. Napominjem da je poruka bila bezobrazna i uvredljiva, a vrijeme poruke nije potrebno komentirati. Budući da je uplata izvršena u cijelosti i na vrijeme smatram da do ove, vrlo neugodne, situacije nije trebalo doći te vas držim odgovornima za istu, što je vrlo neprofesionalno. Sve navedeno razlog je što nam je boravak u ovom objektu bio ispod očekivanja.
