Two bedroom apartment with terrace Malinska, Krk | A-19353-a

The apartment smelled musty when we arrived. The dishes were very dirty. With the fact that there are very few containers - the smallest container is a 5l pot, so I had to buy a pot for coffee and milk myself. There are two pans, but they are heavily stained with grease, as if they have never been washed. Disgusting! Also, the attitude of the agency was very bad. I rented an apartment through an agency for the first time and I didn't know what it was like to leave the apartment, so when I checked in I asked if we could return the keys later and they said that we had to leave by 10 a.m., but we could bring the keys any time. That's why we left the apartment at 9 a.m. and went to the beach one last time. On my return, I received a bunch of calls and messages that I had to return the keys immediately, and the lady was very rude on the phone and didn't even let me explain to her that there was obviously a misunderstanding. Very disappointed with the apartment and the attitude, the price is absolutely too much for it. We will definitely not be back.

Apartma je smrdel po zatohlem, ko smo prišli. Posoda je bila zelo umazana. S tem, da je posode zelo malo-najmanjša posoda je 5l lonec, tako da sem morala sama kupiti lonček za kavo in mleko. Ponvi sta dve, vendar na debelo umazani z maščobo, kot da ju nikoli niso umili. Nagnusno! Prav tako je bil odnos agencije zelo slab. Prvič sem najela apartma preko agencije in nisem vedela kako je glede odhoda iz apartmaja, zato sem ob prijavi vprašala, če lahko ključe vrnemo kasneje in so rekli, da moramo do 10h ven, ključe pa prinesemo kadarkoli. Zato smo apartma zapustili ob 9h in šli še zadnjič na plažo. Ob povratku pa sem prejela kup klicev in sporočil, da moram takoj vrniti ključe, gospa pa je bila po telefonu zelo nesramna in mi sploh ni pustila, da ji razložim da je očitno prišlo do nesporazuma. Zelo razočarana nad apartmajem in odnosom, cena je za to absolutno prevelika. Zagotovo se ne vrnemo več.
