We stayed in this apartment for 10 days with 2 children and a dog. Finding the house turned out to be a bit difficult because there are two identical house numbers next to each other. After a friendly phone call with the lady of the house, we were welcomed warmly. During the rest of the holiday, we were looked after very well by her and always treated in a friendly and courteous manner. After the not really good reviews of the apartment, we had expected bad things, but were mostly positively surprised. The furniture in the dining and living room is as good as new, unfortunately the kitchen was not left in a clean condition by the previous tenants. The bathroom is "old school" and takes a bit of getting used to (showering in the bathtub without a shower curtain, but works fine when sitting) and the beds also make strange noises if you move: P. Only after 3 days did we notice that the receiver of the television set was defective. He is exchanged. It must be said that neither we nor our children missed television during these 10 days - it was simply not needed. The balcony is large, equipped with a table, 4 chairs, a sun lounger and a clothes horse. The sea view is blocked a little by the adjacent house roof, but you still have a nice view of the surrounding area. The apartment itself is clean and the bed linen and towels are freshly washed. The dog beaches we visited were wonderful, the harbor promenade in Malinska offers delicious food and invites you to stroll. All in all, we rate it as a wonderful vacation and if you have a little sense of humor and don't measure the demands of a 5 * hotel, you can make a recommendation here with a clear conscience. We will be back definitely:)

Wir waren für 10 Tage mit 2 Kindern und Hund in dieser Ferienwohnung. Das Finden des Hauses hat sich etwas schwierig gestaltet, da es zwei gleiche Hausnummern nebeneinander sind. Nach einem freundlichen Telefonat mit der Hausherrin wurden wir aber dann gleich herzlich in Empfang genommen. Auch im weitern Urlaubsverlauf wurden wir von ihr sehr gut betreut und immer freundlich und zuvorkommend behandelt. Nach den nicht wirklichen guten Bewertungen der Wohnung hatten wir Schlimmes erwarten, wurden aber zum Großteil positiv überrascht. Die Einrichtung in Ess- und Wohnzimmer ist neuwertig, leider wurde die Küche von den Vormietern in keinem sauberen Zustand hinterlassen, was sich aber mit etwas Eigenarbeit auch gut bewältigen ließ. Das Badezimmer ist "vom alten Schlag" und etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig (duschen in der Badewanne ohne Duschvorhang, geht aber gut im Sitzen) und auch die Betten geben seltsame Geräusche von sich, sollte man sich bewegen :P. Erst nach 3 Tagen haben wir bemerkt, dass der Reciever des Fernsehgerätes defekt war. Er wird ausgetauscht. Dazu muss gesagt sein, dass weder wir noch unsre Kinder in diesen 10 Tagen das Fernsehen vermisst haben - es wurde einfach nicht gebraucht. Der Balkon ist groß, ausgestattet mit Balkontisch, 4 Stühlen, Sonnenliege und Wäscheständer. Der Meerblick wird ein wenig durch das nebenliegende Hausdach versperrt, trotzdem hat man einen schönen Blick auf die nähere Umgebung. Die Wohnung selbst ist sauber und auch die Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind frisch gewaschen. Die Hundestrände die wir besuchten waren wundervoll, die Hafenpromenade in Malinska bietet leckeres Essen und lädt zum bummeln ein. Alles in allem bewerten wir es als einen wundervollen Urlaub und wenn man ein wenig Humor mitbringt, die Ansprüche nicht an einem 5*Hotel misst, kann man hier sehr guten Gewissens eine Weiterempfehlung abgeben. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder :)

: tired: The apartment was neat and dirty. It hadn't been cleaned for a long time! There was a gas smell because the gas tank was down! We only stayed two nights because we didn't want to stay for the third, we came home instead! Not recommended to anyone!

:tired: Az apartman bödös,és piszkos volt. Jó ideje nem volt takarítva!Gáz szag volt,mert a gázpalck eresztett! Csak kettő éjszakát voltunk,mert harmadikra már nem volt kedvünk maradni,inkább haza jöttünk! Nem ajánlom senkinek!

The accommodation was not bad, it was just dirty.
