The house is located above the most beautiful part of the beach in town. From the balcony you have a wonderful view of the Adriatic. (Don't forget your binoculars!) We didn't mind a short walk down or back up. Afterwards the wine or the cold beer tasted even better! We had lots of towels, more than we needed. Everything was there. We didn't lack anything. The landlords live in the house and are just great. Very friendly and attentive! Thank you very much - you made our vacation something very special!

Das Haus liegt oberhalb vom schönsten Strandabschnitt des Ortes. Vom Balkon hat man einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Adria. (Fernglas nicht vergessen!) Ein kleiner Fußmarsch nach unten bzw. zurück nach oben machte uns nichts aus. Danach schmeckt der Wein oder das gekühlte Bier nochmal so gut! Wir hatten viele Handtücher, mehr als wir brauchten. Es ist alles vorhanden. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Vermieter wohnen im Haus und sind einfach prima. Sehr freundlich und aufmerksam! Vielen herzlichen Dank - Sie haben unseren Urlaub zu etwas ganz besonderem gemacht!

The rooms are nice, friendly and the apartment is extremely clean. However, the design of the shower and toilet in the bathrooms is not very comfortable, especially for tall people. During our stay, the water pressure in the showers was constantly very weak, which worsened the comfort level of the apartment. The ventilation in the bathrooms was very loud. Unfortunately, we only received the air conditioner remote control on the second day of arrival, so it was very hot when unpacking and the first night, which was not good after the whole day's travel... Nevertheless, I appreciate the accommodation because of its aesthetics and cleanliness. .

A szobák szépek, barátságosak és az apartman maximálisan tiszta. A fürdőszobákban lévő zuhanyzó - wc kialakítása viszont nem túl komfortos, főleg magas személyek számára. Az ottlétünk alatt a zuhanyzókban a víz nyomása folyamatosan nagyon gyenge volt, ami rontott az apartman kényelmi fokozatán. A fürdőkben kialakított szellőző nagyon hangosan zúgott. Sajnos a klíma távirányítóját csak az érkezés második napján kaptuk meg, így a kicsomagoláskor, és az első éjszakán is nagyon meleg volt, ami nem esett jól az egész napos utazás után... Ennek ellenére jóra értékelem a szállást az esztétikusság, és a tisztaság miatt.

The apartment is well divided and there is plenty of storage space. The balcony is large and has a fabulous sea view. Since there is no baker nearby, we would have liked a toaster to be able to bake bread. The house people are very friendly and helpful - there were own figs and homemade wine as gifts. Njivice is a beautiful resort with many great restaurants and taverns, but it was really crowded in mid-August. It was difficult to find a seat on the official beaches and in the evening crowds pushed along the promenade. So we were glad that we lived outside. But you have to know that you always have to get in the car to go shopping and to the beach. There is a shaded parking lot behind the house for cars.

Die Wohnung ist toll aufgeteilt und es gibt viel Stauraum. Der Balkon ist groß und hat eine fabelhafte Aussicht aufs Meer. Da es in der Nähe keinen Bäcker gibt, hätten wir uns einen Toaster gewünscht, um Brot aufbacken zu können. Die Hausleute sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit - es gab eigene Feigen und selbstgemachten Wein als Gastgeschenk. Njivice ist ein schöner Ferienort mit vielen tollen Restaurants und Konobas, aber Mitte August war es wirklich sehr überlaufen. An den offiziellen Stränden war es schwierig einen Platz zu finden und abends haben sich Massen an der Promenade entlanggeschoben. Da waren wir froh, dass wir eher außerhalb gewohnt haben. Aber man muss wissen, dass man zum Einkaufen und für an den Strand eigentlich immer ins Auto steigen muss. Fürs Auto gibt es einen schattigen Parkplatz hinterm Haus.

:inlove: The accommodation is just like the pictures, the view from the terrace is much nicer, the photo doesn't do it justice. Locally, it is further away from the port and the city center, but the beaches can be reached within a 10-15 minute walk. The owners are terribly cute, they do everything to make the guest feel good. 3 sets of towels were waiting for us per person, 3 replacement hand towels for the washroom, 3 exits for the shower, 3 mops. The next morning we received freshly baked doughnuts, the children each a large box of Kinder chocolates. When we left, they said goodbye to us with a bottle of Croatian wine. They helped us with everything if we had a question. There is toilet paper, a garbage bag (not typical elsewhere), a refrigerator with a larger freezer compartment. The wifi was sometimes stuck, but we were on the top floor, I think the signal is stronger below. Very quiet neighborhood, no cicadas either. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone<3

:inlove: A szállás olyan, mint a képeken, a kilátás a teraszról sokkal szebb, nem adja vissza a fotó. Helyileg messzebb fekszik a kikötőtől, a városközponttól, de a strandok 10-15 perces sétával elérhetők. A tulajdonosok rettenetesen aranyosak, mindent megtesznek, hogy jól érezze magát a vendég. 3 garnitúra törölköző várt bennünket fejenként, 3 csere kéztörlő a mosdóba, 3 kilépő a zuhanyzóhoz, 3 felmosó. Másnap reggel frissen sütött fánkocskákat kaptunk, a gyerekek 1-1 nagy doboz Kinder csokit. Távozáskor egy palack horvát borral búcsúztak tőlünk. Mindenben segítettek, ha kérdésünk volt. Van WC papír, szemeteszsák (nem jellemző máshol), hűtő nagyobb fagyasztó rekesszel. A wifi néha akadozott, de mi voltunk a legfelső szinten, gondolom, lentebb erősebb a jel. Nagyon csendes környék, nincsenek kabócák sem. Mindenkinek jó szívvel ajánlom <3

We were very happy with the accommodation. A very pretty, clean apartment with a wonderful large roof terrace. The most beautiful thing was the fantastic view of the sea from the roof terrace over the entire bay. Simply unbeatable. We can only warmly recommend this apartment. The lady of the house was also very nice and tried very hard to do everything. Gladly again.

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Eine sehr hübsche, saubere Wohnung mit einer wunderbaren großen Dachterrasse. Das Schönste war der traumhafte Blick von der Dachterrasse aus aufs Meer über die gesamte Bucht. Einfach unschlagbar. Wir können diese Wohnung nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Die Hausherrin war ebenfalls sehr nett und sehr bemüht um alles. Gerne wieder.
