Simple but you don't really need anything more. The hike is thin. You can hear the others next door very well.
The house is not very big but it has everything you need, including an outside table where you can have lunch. It's also very fresh. We had very hot days but we always slept great, even in the afternoon. I would only change the refrigerator which could be bigger and improve the arrangement of the guests' cars. Not that it's a big deal, but it can happen to have the car blocked by another guest and you have to make arrangements the night before if one knows to leave early the next day. The owners are very kind and very helpful. The town is very nice and the beach is comfortable and has a nice bar.
