Apartment that exactly reflects the photos, very comfortable for two people, first floor, independent entrance directly from the waterfront. A window overlooking the harbor with a beautiful view! Soundproof. Owner very kind and discreet. He speaks excellent Italian

Very convenient location and excellent cleanliness. The furniture is a bit outdated. We would have appreciated the presence of oil, paper towels and some more utensils in the kitchen, otherwise it is well stocked. Very helpful and friendly host.
Posizione molto comoda e pulizia ottimale. Un po’ antiquato l’arredamento. Avremmo gradito la presenza di olio, scottex e qualche utensile in più in cucina, per il resto è ben rifornito. Host molto disponibile e cordiale.
Dear guest, the house owners are disappointed by the mediocre rating.The apartment has been refurnished in the last couple of years and the house owner believes that it is only a matter of personal taste.The owners apologize about the lack kitchen utensils and espresso maker, but this happened due to the fact that they wanted to make the apartment ready for you as soon as possible (your arrived several hours before the check-in time). They simply forgot to return those items after a detailed cleaning of the apartment. The owners asked you if there was anything you needed, but you never requested any of those items. We are sorry that you did not contact us or the house owner regarding any of these and other issues you had, because we surely would have been able to resolve it.
